What is claimed is: 1. A terminal apparatus connected to a base station apparatus, comprising: one or more processors; and one or more memories that stores a computer-readable instruction for causing, when executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors to: receive, from the base station apparatus, a notification signal including information generated based on a first period in which a radio resource is used by the base station apparatus for a backhaul line and a second period in which the radio resource is not used by the backhaul line, and request a connection of an access line to the base station apparatus in the second period provided by the base station. 2. The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal apparatus is not allowed to establish the connection of the access line to the base station apparatus in the first period. 3. The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the computer-readable instruction further causes, when executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors to determine whether or not to request the connection to the base station apparatus based on the information. 4. The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a condition under which the radio resource is allowed to be used as the access line is received, wherein the condition comprises at least one of a transmitted data amount or a speed of the requested data communication being less than or equal to a predetermined value, and being an emergency call, and the terminal apparatus determines whether or not to request connection to the base station apparatus based on whether or not the condition is satisfied. 5. A control method performed by a terminal apparatus connected to a base station apparatus, comprising: receiving, from the base station apparatus, a notification signal including information generated based on a first period in which a radio resource is used by the base station apparatus for a backhaul line and a second period in which the radio resource is not used by the backhaul line, and requesting a connection of an access line to the base station apparatus in the second period provided by the base station. 6. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that stores a program for causing a computer included in a terminal apparatus, which is connected to a base station apparatus, to: receive, from the base station apparatus, a notification signal including information generated based on a first period in which a radio resource is used by the base station apparatus for a backhaul line and a second period in which the radio resource is not used by the backhaul line, and request a connection of an access line to the base station apparatus in the second period provided by the base station.
