The present application provides an information transmission method and device, storage medium and processor. The method includes: a network side transmits request configuration information of other system information to a terminal, the request configuration information of the other system information including a transmission configuration for request information of the other system information, the request information of the other system information being information transmitted to the network side when the terminal requests to acquire the other system information; and the network side transmits the other system information on the downlink transmission port indicated by the request information of the other system information.

What is claimed is: 1. An information transmission method, comprising: transmitting, by a network side to a terminal, configuration information to configure request information for requesting other system information from the network side, wherein the configuration information comprises a transmission configuration of the request information and an indication of whether the other system information has been transmitted on a transmission resource, wherein the request information of the other system information is transmitted on one of a plurality of preamble resources, wherein the other system information is divided into a plurality of types and each type of the plurality of types corresponds to a respective preamble sequence of the plurality of preamble resources, and wherein the configuration information comprises, for each type of the other system information, a corresponding transmission periodicity; and transmitting, by the network side, a physical downlink shared channel PDSCH) carrying a first type of the other system information. 2. The information transmission method according to claim 1 , further comprising: identifying, by the network side, the downlink transmission port and a type of the other system information requested by the terminal in the request information of the other system information. 3. The information transmission method according to claim 1 , wherein the configuration information further comprises, for each type of the other system information, a corresponding frequency domain position. 4. The information transmission method according to claim 1 , comprising: receiving, by the network side from the terminal, a first preamble sequence corresponding to the first type of the other system information; and determining, by network side, to transmit the first type of the other system information in the PDSCH based on the first preamble sequence. 5. The information transmission method according to claim 1 , wherein the first type of the other system information is transmitted by the network side to the terminal according to a first transmission periodicity corresponding to the first type of the other system information, the first transmission periodicity indicated in the configuration information. 6. The information transmission method according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of types includes a type of the other system information related to neighbor cell measurements. 7. An information receiving method, comprising: receiving, by a terminal from a network side, configuration information to configure request information for requesting other system information from the network side, wherein the configuration information comprises a transmission configuration for the request information and an indication of whether the other system information has been transmitted on a transmission resource, wherein the request information is transmitted on one of a plurality of preamble resources, wherein the other system information is divided into a plurality of types and each type of the plurality of types corresponds to a respective preamble sequence of the plurality of preamble resources, and wherein the configuration information comprises, for each type of the other system information, a corresponding transmission periodicity; and receiving, by the terminal from the network side, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) carrying a first type of the other system information. 8. The information receiving method according to claim 7 , comprising: determining, by the terminal, to request the first type of the other system information; and transmitting, by the terminal to the network side, a first preamble sequence corresponding to the first type of the other system information, the PDSCH received responsive to transmission of the first preamble sequence. 9. The information receiving method according to claim 7 , wherein the first type of the other system information is transmitted by the network side to the terminal according to a first transmission periodicity corresponding to the first type of the other system information, the first transmission periodicity indicated in the configuration information. 10. The information receiving method according to claim 7 , wherein the plurality of types includes a type of the other system information related to neighbor cell measurements. 11. An information transmission device on a network side, comprising: a processor; and a memory for storing instruction executable by the processor, wherein when executing the instructions, the processor is configured to: transmit, via a transmission device, configuration information to configure request information for requesting other system information from the network side, wherein the configuration information comprises a transmission configuration of the request information and an indication of whether the other system information has been transmitted on a transmission resource, wherein the request information of the other system information is transmitted on one of a plurality of preamble resources, wherein the other system information is divided into a plurality of types and each type of the plurality of types corresponds to a respective preamble sequence of the plurality of preamble resources, and wherein the configuration information comprises, for each type of the other system information, a corresponding transmission periodicity; and transmit, via the transmission device, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) carrying a first type of the other system information. 12. The information transmission device according to claim 11 , wherein the processor is further configured to: identify the downlink transmission port and a type of other system information requested by the terminal in the request information of the other system information. 13. The information transmission device according to claim 11 , wherein the configuration information of the other system information further comprises, for each type of the other system information, a corresponding frequency domain position. 14. The information transmission device according to claim 11 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to: receive, from the terminal, a first preamble sequence corresponding to the first type of the other system information; and determine to transmit the first type of the other system information in the PDSCH based on the first preamble sequence. 15. The information transmission device according to claim 11 , wherein the first type of the other system information is transmitted by the network side to the terminal according to a first transmission periodicity corresponding to the first type of the other system information, the first transmission periodicity indicated in the configuration information. 16. The information transmission device according to claim 11 , wherein the plurality of types includes a type of the other system information related to neighbor cell measurements. 17. A terminal device comprising: at least one processor configured to: receive, via a receiving device from a network side, configuration information to configure request information for requesting other system information from the network side, wherein the configuration information comprises a transmission configuration for the request information and an indication of whether the other system information has been transmitted on a transmission resource, wherein the request information is transmitted on one of a plurality of preamble resources, wherein the other system information is divided into a plurality
