A touch sensor and display apparatus are provided. The touch sensor includes a first opening region, first touch electrodes extending along a first direction and second touch electrodes extending along a second direction; the touch sensor has a first region, a second region and a third region which are sequentially laid out in the second direction, the first opening region is in the second region; an area of a first touch sub-electrode in the first region is less than that of a first touch sub-electrode in the third region, or an area of a second touch sub-electrode in the first region is less than that of a second touch sub-electrode in the third region; a distance between two adjacent second touch sub-electrodes in the first region in the second direction is less than a distance between two adjacent second touch sub-electrodes in the third region in the second direction.

What is claimed is: 1. A touch sensor, comprising: a first opening region, a plurality of first touch electrodes and a plurality of second touch electrodes, wherein the plurality of first touch electrodes respectively extend along a first direction, and at least one of the plurality of first touch electrodes comprises a plurality of first touch sub-electrodes arranged side by side in the first direction and electrically connected with each other; the plurality of second touch electrodes respectively extend along a second direction intersecting with the first direction, and at least one of the plurality of second touch electrodes comprises a plurality of second touch sub-electrodes arranged side by side in the second direction and electrically connected with each other; the plurality of first touch electrodes are arranged side by side along the second direction, and the plurality of second touch electrodes are arranged side by side along the first direction; and an entirety constituted by the plurality of first touch sub-electrodes and the plurality of second touch sub-electrodes surrounds at least a part of the first opening region; the touch sensor has a first region, a second region and a third region which are sequentially laid out in the second direction, two edges of the first region that are arranged in the second direction respectively coincide with an upper boundary of the touch sensor and an upper boundary of the second region, two edges of the third region that are arranged in the second direction respectively coincide with a lower boundary of the second region and a lower boundary of the touch sensor, and a size of an entirety of the third region in the second direction is greater than that of an entirety of the first region; the first opening region is positioned in the second region; an area of a first touch sub-electrode in the first region is less than that of a first touch sub-electrode in the third region, or an area of a second touch sub-electrode in the first region is less than that of a second touch sub-electrode in the third region; and a distance between two adjacent second touch sub-electrodes in the first region in the second direction is less than a distance between two adjacent second touch sub-electrodes in the third region in the second direction wherein an overall width of the touch sensor in the second direction is greater than the overall width of the touch sensor in the first direction. 2. The touch sensor according to claim 1 , further comprising: a first crack blocking ring, wherein the touch sensor further comprises a transitional region and a touch functional region, the opening region, and the transitional region and the touch functional region are sequentially laid out from a center of the opening region; the center of the opening region and a center of the touch sensor do not coincide; the touch functional region surrounds the transitional region; the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes are positioned in the touch functional region; and the first crack blocking ring is positioned in the transitional region and at least partially surrounds the opening region. 3. The touch sensor according to claim 2 , wherein the first crack blocking ring is a metal ring. 4. A touch sensor, comprising: a first opening region, a plurality of first touch electrodes and a plurality of second touch electrodes, wherein the plurality of first touch electrodes respectively extend along a first direction, and at least one of the plurality of first touch electrodes comprises a plurality of first touch sub-electrodes arranged side by side in the first direction and electrically connected with each other; the plurality of second touch electrodes respectively extend along a second direction intersecting with the first direction, and at least one of the plurality of second touch electrodes comprises a plurality of second touch sub-electrodes arranged side by side in the second direction and electrically connected with each other; the plurality of first touch electrodes are arranged side by side along the second direction, and the plurality of second touch electrodes are arranged side by side along the first direction; and an entirety constituted by the plurality of first touch sub-electrodes and the plurality of second touch sub-electrodes surrounds at least a part of the first opening region; the touch sensor is divided into a first region, a second region and a third region which are sequentially laid out in the second direction, the first opening region is positioned in the second region; an area of a first touch sub-electrode in the first region is less than that of a first touch sub-electrode in the third region, or an area of a second touch sub-electrode in the first region is less than that of a second touch sub-electrode in the third region; and a distance between two adjacent second touch sub-electrodes in the first region in the second direction is less than a distance between two adjacent second touch sub-electrodes in the third region in the second direction; the touch sensor further comprises: a first crack blocking ring, wherein the touch sensor further comprises a transitional region and a touch functional region, the opening region, and the transitional region and the touch functional region are sequentially laid out from a center of the opening region; the center of the opening region and a center of the touch sensor do not coincide; the touch functional region surrounds the transitional region; the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes are positioned in the touch functional region; and the first crack blocking ring is positioned in the transitional region and at least partially surrounds the opening region; the first crack blocking ring has at least one first fracture, and at least one of the at least one first fracture has a tip. 5. The touch sensor according to claim 4 , wherein at least one of the at least one first fracture is of a lightning shape. 6. The touch sensor according to claim 4 , wherein the first crack blocking ring has at least two first fractures; and the at least two first fractures separate the first crack blocking ring into at least two blocking ring sub-portions in a circumferential direction of the first crack blocking ring. 7. The touch sensor according to claim 6 , wherein an end portion of each of the at least two blocking ring sub-portions in the circumferential direction of the first crack blocking ring has a step structure. 8. The touch sensor according to claim 7 , wherein a size of a step surface of the step structure in the circumferential direction of the first crack blocking ring is 0.004 mm-0.015 mm. 9. The touch sensor according to claim 2 , wherein an inner edge of the first crack blocking ring integrally surrounds an edge of the opening region or coincides with the edge of the opening region. 10. The touch sensor according to claim 2 , wherein an edge of the opening region is of a circle shape, and an overall shape of the first crack blocking ring is of a circular ring shape; or, the edge of the opening region is of a racetrack shape, and the first crack blocking ring at least part of a ring in a racetrack-shaped; the racetrack shape comprises a first edge and a second edge that are both straight lines, extending along the first direction and are opposite to each other in the second direction, and comprises a third edge and a fourth edge that are both curved lines, opposite to each other in the first direction and protrude away from each other in the first direction, two ends of the third edge are respectively connected with a first e
