A touch sensor and a display apparatus are disclosed. The touch sensor includes: first touch electrodes, second touch electrodes, and a first crack blocking ring ( 27; 29 ). The touch sensor includes an opening region, and a transitional region and a touch functional region sequentially laid out from a center of the opening region; the center of the opening region and a center of the touch sensor do not coincide; the touch functional region surrounds the transitional region; the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes are positioned in the touch functional region; the plurality of first touch sub-electrodes and the plurality of second touch sub-electrodes integrally at least partially surround the opening region; and the first crack blocking ring is positioned in the transitional region and at least partially surrounds the opening region.

What is claimed is: 1. A touch sensor, comprising: a plurality of first touch electrodes, a plurality of second touch electrodes, and a first crack blocking ring; the plurality of first touch electrodes respectively extend along a first direction, and at least one of the plurality of first touch electrodes comprises a plurality of first touch sub-electrodes arranged side by side in the first direction and electrically connected with each other; the plurality of second touch electrodes respectively extend along a second direction intersecting with the first direction, and at least one of the plurality of second touch electrodes comprises a plurality of second touch sub-electrodes arranged side by side in the second direction and electrically connected with each other; the plurality of first touch electrodes are arranged side by side along the second direction, and the plurality of second touch electrodes are arranged side by side along the first direction; the touch sensor comprises an opening region, and a transitional region and a touch functional region sequentially laid out from a center of the opening region; the center of the opening region and a center of the touch sensor do not coincide; the touch functional region surrounds the transitional region; the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes are positioned in the touch functional region; the plurality of first touch sub-electrodes and the plurality of second touch sub-electrodes integrally at least partially surround the opening region; the first crack blocking ring is positioned in the transitional region and at least partially surrounds the opening region; the first crack blocking ring is a conducting ring; and the first crack blocking ring has at least one first fracture, and at least one of the at least one first fracture has a tip. 2. The touch sensor according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the at least one first fracture is of a lightning shape. 3. The touch sensor according to claim 1 , wherein the first crack blocking ring has at least two first fractures; and the at least two first fractures separate the first crack blocking ring into at least two blocking ring sub-portions in a circumferential direction of the first crack blocking ring. 4. The touch sensor according to claim 3 , wherein an end portion of each of the at least two blocking ring sub-portions in the circumferential direction of the first crack blocking ring has a step structure. 5. The touch sensor according to claim 1 , further comprising a second crack blocking ring, wherein the second crack blocking ring is positioned in the transitional region, and at least partially surrounds the first crack blocking ring; and the first crack blocking ring and the second crack blocking ring are spaced. 6. The touch sensor according to claim 5 , wherein the second crack blocking ring has at least one second fracture, and the at least one first fracture and the at least one second fracture are staggered mutually. 7. The touch sensor according to claim 5 , wherein a ring width of the second crack blocking ring is less than a ring width of the first crack blocking ring in a radial direction of the first crack blocking ring. 8. The touch sensor according to claim 1 , wherein an inner edge of the first crack blocking ring integrally surrounds an edge of the opening region or coincides with the edge of the opening region. 9. The touch sensor according to claim 1 , further comprising a transition touch sub-electrode arranged in the touch functional region and at least partially surrounding the opening region. 10. The touch sensor according to claim 9 , wherein the transition touch sub-electrode partially surrounds the opening region, and the transition touch sub-electrode and the first crack blocking ring are arranged side by side in the first direction. 11. The touch sensor according to claim 10 , further comprising at least one first jumper conductor wire, wherein at least one of the plurality of first touch electrodes is separated by the opening region into a first electrode portion and a second electrode portion; each of the first electrode portion and the second electrode portion comprises at least one of the first touch sub-electrodes; the first electrode portion and the second electrode portion are positioned on both sides of the opening region in the first direction; the at least one first jumper conductor wire is arranged in the touch functional region and at least partially surrounds the opening region; and the first electrode portion and the transition touch sub-electrode are electrically connected with each other at least via a corresponding first jumper conductor wire. 12. The touch sensor according to claim 11 , further comprising at least one second jumper conductor wire, wherein at least one of the plurality of second touch electrodes is separated by the opening region into a third electrode portion and a fourth electrode portion; each of the third electrode portion and the fourth electrode portion comprises at least one of the second touch sub-electrodes; the third electrode portion and the fourth electrode portion are positioned on both sides of the opening region in the second direction; the at least one second jumper conductor wire is arranged in the touch functional region and at least partially surrounds the opening region; and the third electrode portion and the fourth electrode portion are electrically connected with each other at least via a corresponding second jumper conductor wire. 13. The touch sensor according to claim 12 , wherein in a radial direction of the opening region, the at least one first jumper conductor wire is positioned between the second jumper conductor wire and the first crack blocking ring. 14. The touch sensor according to claim 11 , wherein a ring width of the first crack blocking ring in a radial direction of the first crack blocking ring is greater than twice a line width of the first jumper conductor wire. 15. The touch sensor according to claim 11 , wherein the first touch sub-electrode, the second touch sub-electrode and the transition touch sub-electrode are positioned on a first electrode layer; the first crack blocking ring and the at least one first jumper conductor wire are positioned on a second electrode layer; and the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are positioned in different layers in a direction perpendicular to the touch sensor and are in direct contact with each other. 16. The touch sensor according to claim 15 , wherein the first electrode layer is made of a transparent conducting material, and the second electrode layer is made of a metal material. 17. A display apparatus, comprising the touch sensor according to claim 1 . 18. The display apparatus according to claim 17 , further comprising an imaging sensor and a display panel, wherein the touch sensor, the display panel and the imaging sensor are sequentially arranged in a normal direction of a display surface of the display apparatus, and the imaging sensor is positioned on a non-display side of the display panel; the touch sensor and the display panel respectively have opening regions; and the imaging sensor is configured to receive and process an optical signal passing through the opening region of the touch sensor and the opening region of the display panel.
