The present invention relates to aryl- or heteroaryl-substituted benzene compounds. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and methods of treating cancer by administering these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions to subjects in need thereof. The present invention also relates to the use of such compounds for research or other non-therapeutic purposes.

What is claimed is: 1. A method of treating follicular lymphoma comprising administering to a human subject in need thereof a compound of the following formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. The method of claim 7 , wherein the compound is administered orally to the human subject in need thereof. 9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the compound is administered twice daily. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the compound is administered in an amount of from about 0.1 mg/day to about 3 g/day.
