What is claimed is: 1. A method for treating cancer, comprising administering: (i) an effective amount of Compound I: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (ii) an effective amount of a PD-1 inhibitor or PD-L1 inhibitor. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the PD-1 inhibitor or PD-L1 inhibitor is pidilizumab, nivolumab, pembrolizumab, atezolizumab, avelumab, BMS-936559, BGB-A317, PDR001, REGN2810, or durvalumab, or a variant or biosimilar thereof, or combinations thereof. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein (ii) is an effective amount of a PD-1 inhibitor. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein (ii) is an effective amount of a PD-L1 inhibitor. 5. The method of claim 3 , wherein the PD-1 inhibitor is pembrolizumab, or a variant or biosimilar thereof. 6. The method of claim 3 , wherein the PD-1 inhibitor is pembrolizumab. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is a hematological malignancy. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is a relapsed or refractory hematological malignancy. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is a B cell malignancy. 10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. 11. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is chronic lymphocytic leukemia. 12. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is follicular lymphoma. 13. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is mantle cell lymphoma. 14. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma, nodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma, or splenic marginal zone lymphoma. 15. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is non-small cell lung cancer.
