The invention claimed is: 1. A method for treating bone, joint, muscle and connective tissue related inflammatory disease comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a composition comprising the isolated peptide of SEQ ID NO: 1 wherein the bone, joint, muscle and connective tissue related inflammatory disease is eosinophilic granuloma, arthritis, arthralgia, osteomyelitis, dermatomyositis, fasciitis, Paget's disease, gout, periodontal disease, rheumatoid arthritis, myasthenia gravis, ankylosing spondylitis, or synovitis. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition is administered orally, rectally, transdermally, intravenously, intramuscularly, intraperitoneally, in the bone marrow, epidurally, or subcutaneously. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises the isolated peptide at a concentration of 0.1 μg/mg to 1 mg/mg. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition is administered in a single dose and the isolated peptide in the single dose is at a concentration of 0.1 μg/kg to 1.0 g/kg body weight of the subject. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition is administered in a single dose and the isolated peptide in the single dose is at a concentration of 1 μg/kg to 10 mg/kg body weight of the subject. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition is administered 1 to 3 times a day. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition is administered at a daily dose and the isolated peptide in the daily dose is 0.1 μg/kg to 1.0 g/kg body weight of the subject. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition is administered 1 to 3 times daily.
