What is claimed is: 1. A heterodimeric antibody comprising: a) a first monomer comprising, from N-terminal to C-terminal, a VH1-CH1-linker 1-scFv-linker 2-CH2-CH3, wherein VH1 is a first variable heavy domain, linker 1 and linker 2 are a first domain linker and second domain linker, respectively, and CH2-CH3 is a first Fc domain; b) a second monomer comprising, from N-terminal to C-terminal, a VH1-CH1-hinge-CH2-CH3, wherein VH1 is a first variable heavy domain and CH2-CH3 is a second Fc domain; and c) a first common light chain comprising a first variable light domain (VL1) and a constant light domain (CL); d) a second common light chain comprising a first variable light domain (VL1) and a constant light domain (CL); wherein the scFv comprises a second variable heavy domain (VH2) and a second variable light domain (VL2), wherein VH1 of the first monomer and VL1 of the first common light chain, and VH1 of the second monomer and VL1 of the second common light chain each from a first antigen binding domain, and VH2 and VL2 form a second antigen binding domain. 2. The heterodimeric antibody of claim 1 , wherein said first and said second Fc domain have a set of amino acid substitutions selected from the group consisting of S364K/E357Q: L368D/K370S; L368D/K370S: S364K; L368E/K370S: S364K; T411T/E360E/Q362E: D401K; L368D/K370S: S364K/E357L and K370S: S364K/E357Q. 3. The heterodimeric antibody of claim 1 , wherein each of the first antigen binding domains binds human CD38 (SEQ ID NO:131). 4. The heterodimeric antibody of claim 3 , wherein said scFv binds human CD3 (SEQ ID NO:129). 5. The heterodimeric antibody of claim 1 , wherein the scFv comprise scFv linkers that are charged linkers. 6. The heterodimeric antibody of claim 1 , wherein the first or second Fc domain comprises the amino acid substitutions N208D/Q295E/N384D/Q418E/N421D. 7. The heterodimeric antibody of claim 1 , wherein the first and/or second Fc domain comprises the amino acid substitutions E233P/L234V/L235A/G236del/S267K. 8. A nucleic acid composition encoding the heterodimeric antibody of claim 1 , said composition comprising: a) a first nucleic acid encoding said first monomer; b) a second nucleic acid encoding said second monomer; c) a third nucleic acid encoding said first common light chain and said second common light chain. 9. An expression vector composition comprising: a) a first expression vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding a first monomer of claim 1 ; b) a expression vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding said second monomer of claim 1 ; c) a expression vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding said first common light chain of claim 1 and said second common light chain of claim 1 . 10. A host cell comprising the nucleic acid composition of claim 8 . 11. A host cell comprising the expression vector composition of claim 9 . 12. A method of making a heterodimeric antibody of claim 1 comprising culturing the host cell of claim 10 under conditions wherein said antibody is expressed, and recovering said antibody. 13. A method of making a heterodimeric antibody of claim 1 comprising culturing the host cell of claim 11 under conditions wherein said antibody is expressed, and recovering said antibody.
