The invention claimed is: 1. A coin-type lithium secondary cell for soldering by reflow method, comprising: a positive electrode containing a lithium composite oxide; a negative electrode; an electrolyte layer provided between said positive electrode and said negative electrode and containing an electrolytic solution; and a cell case having an enclosed space in which said positive electrode, said negative electrode, and said electrolyte layer are housed, wherein said positive electrode and said negative electrode as a whole contain 0.002% or more by mass and 3.0% or less by mass of lithium carbonate, and wherein said positive electrode and said negative electrode are sintered bodies, which contain neither binders nor conductive assistants. 2. The coin-type lithium secondary cell according to claim 1 , wherein said negative electrode contains a lithium composite oxide. 3. The coin-type lithium secondary cell according to claim 1 , wherein said electrolyte layer includes a ceramic separator, and said positive electrode, said ceramic separator, and said negative electrode are formed into an integral sintered body. 4. The coin-type lithium secondary cell according to claim 1 , wherein said coin-type lithium secondary cell has a thickness of 0.7 to 1.6 mm and a diameter of 10 to 20 mm. 5. The coin-type lithium secondary cell according to claim 1 , wherein said coin-type lithium secondary cell has an energy density of 35 to 200 mWh/cm 3 before reflow soldering. 6. The coin-type lithium secondary cell according to claim 1 , wherein said coin-type lithium secondary cell after reflow soldering has a capacity higher than or equal to 65% of the capacity of said coin-type lithium secondary cell before the reflow soldering.
