There is provided a display device. The display device includes a first data line on a first interlayer insulating layer over a substrate, a first power line and a second power line on a second interlayer insulating layer, the second interlayer insulating layer covering the first data line, and a plurality of pixels. A first pixel among the plurality of pixels includes a display element including a pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and an intermediate layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode, the second power line being connected to the opposite electrode, and a driving thin film transistor between the substrate and the display element and including a driving semiconductor layer, a driving gate electrode, a driving source electrode, and a driving drain electrode, the first interlayer insulating layer covering the driving gate electrode, and the first power line being connected to the driving source electrode.

What is claimed is: 1. A display device, comprising: a substrate; a plurality of thin film transistors, each of the plurality of thin film transistors includes a semiconductor layer and a gate electrode; a first insulating layer covering the gate electrode; a data line on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer covering the data line; a power line on the second insulating layer; a third insulating layer covering the power line; and a pixel electrode on the third insulating layer, wherein the power line at least partially overlaps at least one of the plurality of thin film transistors, the power line comprises a first power line and a second power line spaced apart from the first power line, the first power line is disposed on a same layer as the second power line, and the first power line and the second power line extend in a same direction as the data line in a plan view. 2. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plurality of thin film transistors include a switching thin film transistor including a switching semiconductor layer and a switching gate electrode, and the power line at least partially overlaps the switching semiconductor layer or the switching gate electrode. 3. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plurality of thin film transistors include a driving thin film transistor including a driving semiconductor layer and a driving gate electrode, a driving source electrode, and a driving drain electrode, and the first power line is connected to the driving source electrode and the second power line is overlapped with the driving drain electrode. 4. The display device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the first power line at least partially overlaps the driving semiconductor layer or the driving gate electrode. 5. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising: a storage capacitor including a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the power line at least partially overlaps the first electrode or the second electrode of the storage capacitor. 6. The display device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the plurality of thin film transistors include a sensing thin film transistor including a sensing semiconductor layer, a sensing gate electrode, a sensing source electrode, and a sensing drain electrode, and the sensing gate electrode or the sensing source electrode is connected to the storage capacitor. 7. The display device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the power line at least partially overlaps the sensing semiconductor layer or the sensing gate electrode. 8. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the power line at least partially overlaps the pixel electrode. 9. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the power line at least partially overlaps the data line. 10. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the power line overlaps at least two of the plurality of thin film transistors. 11. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a width of the first power line in a first direction is greater than a width of the data line in the first direction. 12. The display device as claimed in claim 8 , further comprising a display element including the pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and an emission layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode. 13. The display device as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the emission layer includes inorganic material or organic material. 14. The display device as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the second power line is connected to the opposite electrode. 15. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plurality of thin film transistors include a driving thin film transistor including a driving semiconductor layer and a driving gate electrode, and the power line at least partially overlaps the driving semiconductor layer or the driving gate electrode. 16. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plurality of thin film transistors include a sensing thin film transistor including a sensing semiconductor layer and a sensing gate electrode, and the power line at least partially overlaps the sensing semiconductor layer or the sensing gate electrode. 17. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising: a display element comprising a light emitting emission layer disposed between the pixel electrode and a common electrode, and wherein the second power line is electrically connected to the common electrode, the plurality of thin film transistors include a driving thin film transistor, and the first power line being electrically connected to a driving source electrode of the driving thin film transistor to supply a driving voltage. 18. The display device as claimed in claim 17 , wherein the driving transistor and the display element are electrically connected in series between the first power line and the second power line. 19. The display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the power line comprises: a first power line electrically connected to one of the plurality of transistors to deliver a driving voltage, a second power line electrically connected to a cathode of a display element, and the first power line and the second power line being formed from a same layer and being electrically disconnected from each other.
