A chelated zinc adjuvant composition includes water, an effective amount of a micronutrient consisting of zinc chelated with an organic acid and an organic amine, a mono-, di- or polysaccharide and an alkyl polysaccharide. The adjuvant has a pH of up to 6.5. When admixed with a pesticide capable of precipitating with the zinc, due to the zinc being chelated, the zinc is prevented from precipitating with the pesticide and is available for uptake. When the adjuvant composition is applied in seed, soil, foliage or fruit applications, zinc uptake is improved.

What is claimed is: 1. An adjuvant composition, comprising: water; an organic acid present at about 10 wt % to about 25 wt % of the composition; an organic amine present at about 1 wt % to about 12.5 wt % of the composition; a mono-, di-, or polysaccharide; a surfactant; and an effective amount of at least one micronutrient, the at least one micronutrient comprising zinc, wherein at least the zinc in the at least one micronutrient is chelated with the organic acid and the organic amine, and wherein the adjuvant is a solution free of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), and the pH of the adjuvant is up to 6.5. 2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the at least one micronutrient includes a second micronutrient selected from the group consisting of boron, calcium, chloride, cobalt, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, and molybdenum. 3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the mono-, di-, or polysaccharide is selected from the group consisting of glucose, fructose, galactose, mannose, lactose, fucose, xylose, amylose, raffinose, maltotriose, glucosides, trehalose, saccharide alcohols, and compositions containing sugar. 4. The composition of claim 3 , wherein the saccharide alcohol is selected from the group consisting of mannitol, sorbitol, xylitol, and maltitol. 5. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the surfactant is a non-ionic surfactant. 6. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the surfactant is an alkyl polyglycoside non-ionic surfactant. 7. An admixture comprising the adjuvant composition of claim 1 and a pesticide. 8. The admixture of claim 7 , wherein the pesticide comprises at least one phosphate salt capable of precipitating with the at least one micronutrient. 9. The admixture of claim 7 , wherein the pesticide comprises glyphosate. 10. An adjuvant composition, comprising: water; an organic acid present at about 10 wt % to about 25 wt % of the composition; an organic amine present at about 1 wt % to about 12.5 wt % of the composition; a mono-, di-, or polysaccharide present at about 1 wt % to about 20 wt % of the composition; a non-ionic surfactant; and an effective amount of at least one micronutrient, wherein the at least one micronutrient is chelated with the organic acid and the organic amine, wherein the adjuvant is a solution and the pH of the adjuvant is up to 6.5, and wherein the adjuvant is a solution free of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). 11. The composition of claim 10 , wherein the organic acid is selected from the group consisting of citric acid, gluconic acid, lactic acid, malonic acid, tartaric acid, glutamic acid, fumaric acid, oleic acid, acetic acid, glutaric acid, malic acid, ascorbic acid, and combinations thereof. 12. The composition of claim 10 , wherein the at least one micronutrient is present at about 1 wt % to about 10 wt % of the composition. 13. The composition of claim 10 , wherein the at least one micronutrient is selected from the group consisting of boron, calcium, chloride, cobalt, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, and zinc. 14. The composition of claim 10 , wherein the pH of the adjuvant is from about 2.0. 15. An admixture comprising the adjuvant composition of claim 10 and a pesticide. 16. An adjuvant composition, comprising: water; an organic acid; an organic amine; at least one of high fructose corn syrup or molasses; a surfactant; and an effective amount of at least one micronutrient, wherein the at least one micronutrient comprises zinc, and at least the zinc is chelated with the organic acid and the organic amine, wherein the organic acid and the organic amine together are present at about 11 wt % to about 27.5 wt % of the composition, and wherein the adjuvant is a solution free of EDTA, and the pH of the adjuvant is up to 6.5. 17. The composition of claim 16 , wherein the at least one micronutrient includes a second micronutrient selected from the group consisting of boron, calcium, chloride, cobalt, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, and molybdenum. 18. The composition of claim 16 , wherein the surfactant is a non-ionic surfactant.
