The invention claimed is: 1. A fluid mixing system comprising: a flexible bag having a first end, an opposing second end, and an interior surface bounding a compartment; a retainer coupled to the second end of the flexible bag, the retainer having a retention cavity formed thereon that communicates with the compartment of the flexible bag, wherein the radius of the retainer's retention cavity radially tapers inwardly from an upper end to an opposing lower end; and a shaft having a first end rotatably coupled to the first end of the flexible bag and an opposing second end freely disposed within and supported by the retention cavity of the retainer so that the second end of the shaft can rotate within the retention cavity relative to the retainer; wherein the shaft comprises a steady support portion, two tubular connectors, and an impeller portion; wherein the impeller portion has a first end and a second end that are configured to fit within the tubular connectors, and the impeller portion is secured between the tubular connectors; wherein the steady support portion has a first end that is configured to fit within a tubular connector of the two tubular connectors and a second end that is freely disposed within and supported by the retention cavity of the retainer. 2. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 1 , further comprising a dynamic seal secured to the first end of the flexible bag, the first end of the shaft being rotatably coupled to the flexible bag through the dynamic seal. 3. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 1 , further comprising a drive shaft removably coupled to the shaft. 4. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 1 , wherein the retainer comprises: a post projecting into the compartment of the flexible bag, the post bounding the retention cavity; and a flange projecting radially outwardly from the post, the flange being secured to the second end of the flexible bag. 5. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 1 , wherein the second end of the shaft terminates at a rounded nose that is disposed within the retention cavity of the retainer. 6. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 1 , further comprising one or more mixing blades outwardly projecting from the impeller portion of the shaft within the compartment of the flexible bag. 7. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 1 , further comprising a first rotational assembly that rotatably couples the first end of the shaft to the flexible bag, first rotational assembly comprising a first casing mounted to the first end of the flexible bag and a first hub rotatably mounted to the first casing, the first end of the shaft being secured to the first hub. 8. A fluid mixing system comprising: a flexible bag having a first end, an opposing second end, and an interior surface bounding a compartment; a retainer secured to the second end of the flexible bag, the retainer comprising: an outer casing secured to the second end of the flexible bag and bounding a cavity; and a hub rotatably secured within the cavity of the outer casing, the hub having an opening formed thereon, wherein the radius of the retainer's opening radially tapers inwardly from an upper end to an opposing lower end; and a shaft having a first end rotatably coupled to the first end of the flexible bag and an opposing second end removably disposed within and supported by the opening of the hub, the shaft engaging the hub so that rotation of the shaft facilitates rotation of the hub relative to the outer casing; wherein the shaft comprises a steady support portion, two tubular connectors, and an impeller portion; wherein the impeller portion has a first end and a second end that are configured to fit within the tubular connectors, and the impeller portion is secured between the tubular connectors; wherein the steady support portion has a first end that is configured to fit within a tubular connector of the two tubular connectors and a second end that is removably disposed within and supported by the opening of the hub. 9. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 8 , wherein the opening formed on the hub comprises a blind socket. 10. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 8 , further comprising a dynamic seal secured to the first end of the flexible bag, the first end of the shaft being rotatably coupled to the flexible bag through the dynamic seal. 11. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 8 , further comprising a drive shaft removably coupled to the shaft. 12. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 8 , further comprising one or more mixing blades outwardly projecting from the impeller portion of the shaft within the compartment of the flexible bag. 13. The fluid mixing system as recited in claim 8 , further comprising a first rotational assembly that rotatably couples the first end of the shaft to the flexible bag, first rotational assembly comprising a first casing mounted to the first end of the flexible bag and a first hub rotatably mounted to the first casing, the first end of the shaft being secured to the first hub.
