Peptides that generate an immune response to glioma-related H3.3 proteins and methods of their use are provided.

First claim

Opening claim text (preview).

What is claimed is: 1. A polypeptide sequence comprising a T-cell receptor (TCR) or a fragment thereof, wherein the TCR or the fragment thereof binds to a peptide/major histocompatibility complex (WIC) complex, and wherein the peptide in the peptide/WIC complex consists of 10 to 12 amino acids and comprises (R/A)MSAP(S/A)TGGV (SEQ ID NO:1). 2. The polypeptide sequence according to claim 1 , wherein the peptide consists of RMSAPSTGGV (SEQ ID NO: 2). 3. The polypeptide sequence according to claim 1 , wherein the arginine (R) in SEQ ID NO:1 is citrullinated. 4. The polypeptide sequence according to claim 1 , wherein the TCR or the fragment thereof comprises one or more heterologous sequences.
