An agricultural vehicle and connected mower having a number of mowing units suitable for cutting a standing crop, including a front mowing unit and two lateral mowing units located behind and to the sides of the front mowing unit, each of the lateral mowing units having conveyor units to deposit cut crop as a swath. A control unit receives a plurality of signals, representing the location of the mower combination and a direction of operation of each of the conveyor units, compares the signals to a predetermined set of values and as required, adjusts the direction of operation of at least one conveyor unit based on the comparison.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method of operation of a mower combination having an agricultural vehicle and a plurality of mowing units connected to the agricultural vehicle suitable for cutting a standing crop, the plurality of mowing units comprising a front mowing unit and two lateral mowing units located behind and to sides of the front mowing unit, each of the lateral mowing units having a conveyor unit to deposit cut crop as a swath, the mower combination further having a user terminal coupled to a control unit, the method comprising: providing a predetermined set of values representing a location of the mower combination and a direction of operation of each of the conveyor units relative to a predetermined track line to the control unit; monitoring, via one or more sensors, the location of the mower combination and the direction of operation of the conveyor units relative to the predetermined track line; providing signals representative of the location of the mower combination and the direction of operation of the conveyor units relative to the predetermined track line to the control unit; comparing with the control unit the signals representing the location of the mower combination and the direction of operation of the conveyor units relative to the predetermined track line to the predetermined set of values; and based at least partially on the comparison, causing at least one conveyor unit to adjust the direction of operation of the at least one conveyor unit relative to the predetermined track line to adjust a position of a swath deposited by one of the lateral mowing units relative to a central swath produced by the front mower. 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein providing the predetermined set of values to the control unit is performed by entering the predetermined set of values into the user terminal. 3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein providing the predetermined set of values to the control unit is performed by entering the predetermined set of values into a remote computing device in communication with the control unit. 4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein providing the predetermined set of values to the control unit is performed by entering a first set of the predetermined set of values into a remote computing device in communication with the control unit and entering a second set of the predetermined set of values into the user terminal. 5. A computer readable program comprising instructions that when executed by a computer cause the mower combination to implement the method of claim 1 . 6. A mower combination comprising: an agricultural vehicle; a plurality of mowing units connected to the agricultural vehicle and configured to cut a standing crop, the plurality of mowing units comprising: a front mowing unit; and two lateral mowing units located behind and to the sides of the front mowing unit, each of the two lateral mowing units comprising conveyor units to deposit cut crop as a swath; a control unit operably coupled to the plurality of mowing units, the control unit comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory storing instructions thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the control unit to: receive from one or more sensors operation data indicating a location of the mower combination and directions of operation of the conveyor units relative to a predetermined track line; compare the operation data indicating the location of the mower combination and the directions of operation of the conveyor units relative to the predetermined track line to a predetermined set of values; and based at least partially on the comparison, cause at least one of the conveyor units to adjust the direction of operation of the at least one conveyor unit relative to the predetermined track line.
