What is claimed is: 1. An automated data consolidation module comprising: a housing configured to house electronic and electromechanical medical equipment; one or more machine vision digital cameras configured to generate dose event images and response event images; and processing circuitry and software in electrical communication with the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment and the one or more machine vision digital cameras, the processing circuitry and software configured to receive data produced by the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment and the one or more machine vision digital cameras, the data including dose event data based on the dose event images and response event data based on the response event images; wherein the data is automatically delivered to the processing circuitry, and the processing circuitry and software are configured to automatically add timestamps to the data and store the dose event data and the response event data to a database. 2. The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to temporally correlate the dose event data and the response event data prior to storage of the data. 3. The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the response event data recorded includes data representing, with respect to a patient: smiling, grimacing, lacrimation (tearing), coughing, skin color changes, remote plethysmography, movement, restlessness or getting out of bed without assistance, changes in a breathing pattern, or changes in mood. 4. The automated data consolidation module of claim 3 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to perform remote plethysmography (rPPG) using the data to remotely monitor vital signs including heart rate, respiration rate, blood oxygenation saturation, or temperature using visible light and Red Green Blue (RBG) cameras or using near-infrared light (NIR) and NIR cameras. 5. The automated data consolidation module of claim 3 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to perform remote plethysmography (rPPG) using the data to remotely measure blood components such as blood glucose and hemoglobin levels using visible light and Red Green Blue (RBG) cameras or using near-infrared light (NIR) and NIR cameras. 6. The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the response event data recorded by the one or more machine vision digital camera includes AI recognition and identification of patient moods. 7. The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , comprising light sources configured to produce visible light and near-infrared light (NIR), the light sources attached to the module above a head of a patient while the patient is laying on a surgical table or a hospital bed, optimizing a digital image by optimizing the lighting for a Red Green Blue (RBG) camera or NIR camera. 8. The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry and software are configured to structure and organize consolidated data based on the data from the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment and the one or more machine vision digital cameras. 9. The automated data consolidation module of claim 1 , wherein the dose event data includes video observation of a patient with AI and/or ML analysis to produce dose analysis data that represents, with respect to the patient: intubation, mask ventilation, pulmonary percussion, airway suctioning, feeding, repositioning the patient or assisting the patient. 10. An automated data consolidation module including a module for housing electronic and electromechanical surgical equipment including a system to receive and record data produced by electronic and electromechanical medical equipment, the automated data consolidation module comprising: electronic and electromechanical surgical equipment; a housing configured to support the electronic and electromechanical surgical equipment; a cable and hose management system located on a patient side of the module, wherein the patient side of the module is configured to face a patient; one or more digital cameras configured to generate dose event data and response event data based on imagery observed by the one or more digital cameras; and processing circuitry in electrical communication with the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment and the one or more digital cameras, the processing circuitry configured to receive digital data produced by the electronic and electromechanical medical equipment and receive the dose event data and the response event data; wherein at least one of the one or more digital cameras is mounted to the module by a movable arm configured to position the one or more digital cameras above a face of the patient when the patient is laying supine on a surgical table or a hospital bed; and wherein the digital data is automatically delivered to the processing circuitry, wherein the processing circuitry and software are configured to automatically add timestamps to the digital data, the dose event data, and the response event data, and wherein the processing circuitry is configured to save the dose event data, the response event data, and the processed digital data to a database for temporal correlation of the dose events and response events during big data analytics or clinical decision support functions. 11. The automated data consolidation module of claim 10 , wherein the dose event data includes AI and/or ML analysis of the dose event data to produce dose event analysis regarding the patient, indicative of: intubation, mask ventilation, pulmonary percussion, airway suctioning, feeding, repositioning the patient, or assisting the patient. 12. The automated data consolidation module of claim 10 , wherein the response event data recorded by the one or more digital cameras is indicative of, with regard to the patient: smiling, grimacing, lacrimation (tearing), coughing, skin color changes, remote plethysmography, movement, restlessness or getting out of bed without assistance, change in a breathing pattern, or change in mood. 13. The automated data consolidation module of claim 12 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to perform remote plethysmography (rPPG) to remotely monitor vital signs o the patient including heart rate, respiration rate, blood oxygenation saturation, or temperature using visible light and Red Green Blue (RBG) cameras or using near-infrared light (NIR) and NIR cameras. 14. The automated data consolidation module of claim 12 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to perform remote plethysmography (rPPG) to remotely measure blood components such as blood glucose and hemoglobin levels using visible light and Red Green Blue (RBG) cameras or using near-infrared light (NIR) and NIR cameras. 15. The automated data consolidation module of claim 10 , wherein the processing circuitry and software is configured to perform AI recognition and identification of patient moods based on the response event data. 16. The automated data consolidation module of claim 10 , comprising light sources including visible light and near-infrared light (NIR) that are attached to the movable arm, the movable arm configured to position the light sources directly above a head of a patient when the patient is laying on a surgical table or a hospital bed, optimizing the digital image by optimizing the lighting for a Red Green Blue (RBG) camera or an NIR camera. 17.
