The present invention relates to substituted 2-(morpholin-4-yl)-1,7-naphthyridine compounds of general formula (I) or (Ib),to methods of preparing said compounds, to intermediate compounds useful for preparing said compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising said compounds and to the use of said compounds for manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of a disease, in particular of a hyperproliferative disease as a sole agent or in combination with other active ingredients.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method for treatment of a hyperproliferative disease in a human in need thereof, comprising administering an effective amount of 2-[(3R)-3-methylmorpholin-4-yl]-4-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-8-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-1,7-naphthyridine or a stereoisomer, a tautomer, or a salt thereof, or a mixture of the same, to the human. 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the hyperproliferative disease is cancer. 3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the hyperproliferative disease is a sarcoma. 4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the hyperproliferative disease is a leukemia. 5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the hyperproliferative disease is a lymphoma. 6. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is a cancer of the breast, respiratory tract, brain, reproductive organs, digestive tract, urinary tract, eye, liver, skin, head and neck, thyroid, or parathyroid or a metastasis thereof. 7. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is breast cancer. 8. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is a cancer of the respiratory tract. 9. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is brain cancer. 10. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer of the reproductive organs is a cancer of the male reproductive organs. 11. The method according to claim 10 , wherein the cancer is prostate cancer or testicular cancer. 12. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer of the reproductive organs is a cancer of the female reproductive organs. 13. The method according to claim 12 , wherein the cancer is endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, vaginal cancer, vulvar cancer, or sarcoma of the uterus. 14. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is a cancer of the digestive tract. 15. The method according to claim 14 , wherein the cancer is anal cancer, colon cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, gallbladder cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, rectal cancer, cancer of the small-intestine, and salivary gland cancer. 16. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is a cancer of the urinary tract. 17. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is eye cancer. 18. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is liver cancer. 19. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is skin cancer. 20. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cancer is head-and-neck cancer.
