What is claimed is: 1. A touch input apparatus comprising: a base including a metal compound; a plurality of first pattern grooves formed over one surface of the base; a plurality of first sense patterns formed over the plurality of first pattern grooves and including a conductive material; a plurality of second pattern grooves formed over one surface of the base; a plurality of second sense patterns formed over the plurality of second pattern grooves, including a conductive material, and spaced apart from the plurality of first sense patterns; and a line unit connecting the plurality of first sense patterns and the plurality of second sense patterns to a circuit substrate, wherein the plurality of first sense patterns includes: a trunk part extending in a longitudinal direction; and a plurality of leg parts branched in a direction perpendicular to the trunk part and extending to the plurality of second sense patterns, wherein the plurality of second sense patterns includes: a trunk part extending in the longitudinal direction; and a plurality of leg parts branched in a direction perpendicular to the trunk part and extending to the plurality of first sense patterns, wherein the leg parts of the plurality of second sense patterns are arranged to face the leg parts of the plurality of first sense patterns, and are disposed between the leg parts of the plurality of first sense patterns, wherein the plurality of first sense patterns and the plurality of second sense patterns include a plurality of columns, wherein a column of one of the plurality of first sense patterns and a column of one of the plurality of second sense patterns adjacent to the one of the plurality of first sense patterns form a single channel, wherein columns of the plurality of first sense patterns and columns of the plurality of second sense patterns, respectively, form a plurality of channels, wherein the touch input apparatus further comprises a ground line disposed between the plurality of first sense patterns and the plurality of second sense patterns of adjacent channels and extending in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction along which the trunk parts of the plurality of first sense patterns and the plurality of second sense patterns are elongated, wherein a lower part of the plurality of first sense patterns is accommodated in the plurality of first pattern grooves formed over a front surface of the base and an upper part of the plurality of first sense patterns protrudes from the surface of the base, a lower part of the plurality of second sense patterns is accommodated in the plurality of second pattern grooves formed over the surface of the base, and an upper part of the plurality of second sense patterns protrudes from the surface of the base. 2. The touch input apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: the circuit substrate configured to receive signals regarding capacitance of the plurality of first sense patterns and the plurality of second sense patterns so as to interpret an input touch signal. 3. The touch input apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the base includes: a first resin including at least one of: Polycarbonate (PC), Polyamide (PA), and acrylonitrile—butadiene- 13 styrene copolymer (ABS); and a metal oxide including at least one of: magnesium (Mg), chrome (Cr), copper (Cu), barium (Ba), iron (Fe), titanium (Ti), and aluminum (Al). 4. The touch input apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the base is coated over a surface formed of a second resin, glass, or leather. 5. The touch input apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein: a half of the plurality of first sense patterns is accommodated in the plurality of first pattern grooves, and the remaining half of the plurality of first sense patterns protrudes from one surface of the base; and a half of the plurality of second sense patterns is accommodated in the plurality of second pattern grooves, and the remaining half of the plurality of second sense patterns protrudes from one surface of the base. 6. The touch input apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein: the plurality of first sense patterns protrudes from one surface of the base by a thickness of 10 μm, and the plurality of second sense patterns is recessed from one surface of the base by a thickness of 10 μm. 7. The touch input apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein: each of the plurality of first sense patterns and the plurality of second sense patterns is integrated with the line unit. 8. The touch input apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein: the base is formed to extend to a region in which the line unit is provided.
