The invention claimed is: 1. A decorative member comprising: a color developing layer comprising a light reflective layer and a light absorbing layer provided on the light reflective layer; and a substrate provided on a surface of the color developing layer, wherein the substrate comprises a pattern layer, wherein the light absorbing layer comprises silicon (Si); and wherein a warm tone parameter σ is represented by following Equation 1 and σ is greater than 0.7 and less than or equal to 1.4: σ=( T x )×( T y ) [Equation 1] wherein in Equation 1, T x is represented by Equation 2, and Ty is represented by Equation 3: Tx = { T 1 - 10 nm + T 0 - [ T 1 - 10 nm + T 0 T 0 ] × T 0 } × ( T 0 ) - 1 [ Equation 2 ] Ty = T 2 + 5 × T 0 5 × T 0 ; [ Equation 3 ] wherein in Equation 2, [ T 1 - 10 nm + T 0 T 0 ] is a maximum integer that is not greater than T 1 - 10 nm + T 0 T 0 , and T 0 is 60 nm; wherein when T 1 is not m*T 0 +10 nm, T x satisfies Equation 2, and when T 1 is m*T 0 +10 nm, Tx is 1; wherein m is an integer of 1 or greater; and wherein T 1 is an average thickness of a cross-section of the light absorbing layer in a thickness direction of the decorative member, and T 2 is an average thickness of a cross-section of the light reflective layer in a thickness direction of the decorative member. 2. The decorative member of claim 1 , wherein Tx is greater than 0.5 and less than or equal to 1. 3. The decorative member of claim 1 , wherein Ty is greater than 1.0 and less than or equal to 1.4. 4. The decorative member of claim 1 , wherein a hue-angle h* in CIE LCh color space of the light absorbing layer is in a range of 315° to 360° and 0° to 150°. 5. The decorative member of claim 1 , wherein the light reflective layer is a single layer or a multilayer including one or more materials selected from the group consisting of indium (In), titanium (Ti), tin (Sn), silicon (Si), germanium (Ge), aluminum (Al), copper (Cu), nickel (N
