I claim: 1. An anti-human CD226 antibody, comprising an HCDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, an HCDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, an HCDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3, an LCDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, an LCDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5, and an LCDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6. 2. The anti-human CD226 antibody of claim 1 , comprising an HCVR having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7 and an LCVR having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8. 3. The anti-human CD226 antibody of claim 1 , comprising an HC having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, and an LC having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 10. 4. The anti-human CD226 antibody of claim 1 , consisting of two HCs having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, and two LCs having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 10. 5. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising the anti-human CD226 antibody of 3, and an acceptable carrier, diluent, or excipient. 6. A DNA molecule comprising a polynucleotide having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 11, SEQ ID NO: 12, or SEQ ID NOS: 11 and 12. 7. A method of treating a solid tumor cancer, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof, an effective amount of the anti-human CD226 antibody of 3, wherein the solid tumor cancer is bladder cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer, head and neck cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, renal cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, gastric cancer, testicular cancer, thyroid cancer, uterine cancer or urothelial cancer.
