An electrolytic capacitor including an anode body having a dielectric layer, and a solid electrolyte layer. The solid electrolyte layer contains an electrically conductive material, and an additive. The conductive material contains a π-conjugated polymer, and a polymer dopant doped in the π-conjugated polymer and having a first anionic group. The additive includes a quinone compound having a second anionic group.

What is claimed is: 1. An electrolytic capacitor comprising an anode body having a dielectric layer, and a solid electrolyte layer, the solid electrolyte layer containing an electrically conductive material, and an additive, the electrically conductive material containing a π-conjugated polymer, and a polymer dopant doped in the π-conjugated polymer and having a first anionic group, the additive including a quinone compound having a second anionic group, wherein at least part of the quinone compound is not doped in the π-conjugated polymer. 2. The electrolytic capacitor of claim 1 , wherein the solid electrolyte layer contains the quinone compound in an amount of 1 part by mass or more and 30 parts by mass or less, per 100 parts by mass of the electrically conductive material. 3. The electrolytic capacitor of claim 1 , wherein the quinone compound includes at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an anthraquinone compound, a naphthoquinone compound, and a benzoquinone compound. 4. The electrolytic capacitor of claim 1 , wherein the quinone compound includes at least one selected from the group consisting of anthraquinone-1-sulfonic acid, anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid, anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonic acid, anthraquinone-2,7-disulfonic acid, anthraquinone-1,5-disulfonic acid, 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonic acid, 1,4-benzoquinone-2-sulfonic acid, and 1,2-benzoquinone-4-sulfonic acid. 5. The electrolytic capacitor of claim 1 , further comprising a liquid component, the liquid component including at least one compound selected from the group consisting of glycol compounds and glycerin compounds. 6. The electrolytic capacitor of claim 1 , wherein the solid electrolyte layer is formed by impregnating a processing liquid containing the electrically conductive material and the additive, into at least part of the dielectric layer. 7. A manufacturing method of an electrolytic capacitor, the method comprising: a first step of preparing an electrically conductive material containing a π-conjugated polymer and a polymer dopant doped in the π-conjugated polymer and having a first anionic group; a second step of preparing a processing liquid containing the electrically conductive material and a quinone compound having a second anionic group; and a third step of forming a solid electrolyte layer by impregnating the processing liquid, into at least part of a dielectric layer of an anode body.
