A refrigerator comprising: a main body having a front side thereof open; and a door configured to open and close the open front side of the main body, wherein the door includes: a door panel including a panel body and a fixer provided at a surface of the panel body, and a door body on which the door panel is separably mounted, the door body including a cover fixer including: a cover fixer body forming a concave accommodation space into which the fixer is accommodated, and a hole positioned between the accommodation space and an inside of the door body, and a fixer cap detachably mounted to the cover fixer body so as to cover the hole to thereby prevent insulating material from being discharged from the inside the door body through the hole into the accommodation space when the insulating material is being filled into the inside of the door body. 2. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the fixer includes a hook having a coupling guide portion that is obliquely formed in a direction in which the fixer is inserted into the accommodation space. 3. The refrigerator of claim 2 , wherein the cover fixer includes a guide surface obliquely formed to guide the hook when the fixer is mounted on the cover fixer. 4. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the door body further comprises a cover forming a surface that faces the door panel when the door panel is mounted on the door body, the cover fixer is mounted on the cover, and the cover includes a mounting hole formed to allow the accommodation space to be open toward the panel body. 5. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the cover fixer is provided to be coupled to the cover by sliding in a self-load direction. 6. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the cover includes a guide bead formed along a circumference of the mounting hole to guide mounting of the cover fixer. 7. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the cover fixer is arranged to protrude from a surface of the cover opposite to the surface facing the door panel. 8. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the door body includes chassis arranged on opposite end portions of the cover to protrude forward further than the cover, and the chassis form a space in which the door panel is mounted together with the cover. 9. The refrigerator of claim 8 , wherein the cover fixer is provided to support the fixer to space the door panel at a predetermined distance from the door body while the door panel is mounted on the door body. 10. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the door panel includes fixing members including a magnetic body and extending along at opposite side edges of a surface of the panel body facing the door body while the door panel is mounted on the door body, and the cover is provided to have the fixing members attached thereto by a magnetic force. 11. The refrigerator of claim 10 , wherein the door panel includes a buffer member arranged between the fixing members and including a shock absorbing material or a sound absorbing material, and the fixer is arranged between the buffer member and one of the fixing members. 12. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the fixer includes a material different from a material forming the panel body. 13. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the panel body includes glass or metal. 14. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the fixer is attached to the panel body by an adhesive. 15. A refrigerator comprising: a main body having a front side thereof open; and a door configured to open and close the open front side of the main body, wherein the door includes: a door panel including a panel body and a fixer provided at a surface of the panel body, and a door body on which the door panel is separably mounted, the door body including a cover fixer concavely formed to have the fixer inserted thereinto and including a hole that is open toward an inside of the door body, an accommodation space into which the fixer is accommodated, and a fixer cap configured to cover the hole that is open toward the inside of the door body, wherein the fixer includes a hook having a coupling guide portion that is obliquely formed in a direction in which the fixer is inserted into the accommodation space. 16. The refrigerator of claim 15 , wherein the cover fixer includes a guide surface obliquely formed to guide the hook when the fixer is mounted on the cover fixer.
