A photosensitive member cartridge detachably mountable to a main assembly of an image forming apparatus for forming an image, includes a frame; a photosensitive drum on which and which is provided in the frame; a transfer member for transferring an image formed on the drum onto the sheet; a mounting portion for detachably mounting a developing cartridge including a developer carrying member onto the drum and a memory for storing information; a first electrical contact provided on the frame and electrically connectable with a main assembly electrical contact provided in the main assembly when the cartridge is mounted to the main assembly; and a second electrical contact provided on the frame for electrically connecting the memory and the first electrical contact portion with each other when the developing cartridge is mounted to the mounting portion.

What is claimed is: 1. A cartridge comprising: a photosensitive unit including: a photosensitive drum configured to be rotatable about a first axis extending in a first direction, a transfer roller, a first wall including a first receiving portion, a second wall including a second receiving portion, the second wall being opposite to the first wall with respect to the first direction, a third wall extending in the first direction so as to connect the first wall and the second wall, and an urging member; and a developing unit detachably attached to the photosensitive unit, the developing unit including: a developing roller contacting the photosensitive drum, the developing roller configured to be rotatable about a second axis extending in a second direction, a first received portion configured to engage the first receiving portion, the first received portion being located in a first end of the developing unit with respect to the second direction; a second received portion configured to engage the second receiving portion, the second received portion being located in a second end of the developing unit opposite to the first end with respect to the second direction; an urged portion urged by the urging member in a state where the first received portion engages the first receiving portion and the second received portion engages the second receiving portion, and a memory unit including a memory and a memory contact electrically connected to the memory, wherein in an attached state where (i-1) the first received portion engages the first receiving portion and the second received portion engages the second receiving portion and (i-2) the urged portion is urged by the urging member, the memory contact is positioned in a bottom portion of the developing unit so as to face downward, and the memory contact is located closer to the first wall than the memory contact is to the center of the third wall with respect to the first direction. 2. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the photosensitive unit includes a lever configured to move the developing unit such that the developing unit is detached from the photosensitive unit. 3. The cartridge according to claim 2 , wherein the developing unit is configured to be detached from the photosensitive unit by rotating relative to the photosensitive unit. 4. The cartridge according to claim 2 , wherein the developing unit is configured to be detached upward from the photosensitive unit. 5. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the memory contact is inclined relative to a horizontal direction when viewed in the first direction. 6. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the memory unit is disposed between the first received portion and the second received portion with respect to the second direction. 7. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the urged portion is located closer to the first wall than the urged portion is to the center of the third wall with respect to the first direction. 8. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the third wall is positioned in a bottom portion of the photosensitive unit. 9. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the first direction and the second direction are parallel. 10. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein a position of the urged portion is different from a position of the memory unit. 11. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the urged member and the urging portion are spaced from the memory contact in the attached state. 12. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the memory unit is located lower than the urged portion with respect to a vertical direction when viewed in the second direction in the attached state. 13. The cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the transfer roller is located lower than the photosensitive drum with respect to a vertical direction in the attached state.
