The invention claimed is: 1. A vehicle having one or more pneumatic wheels, the vehicle comprising: an internal combustion engine including a cylinder, an intake manifold in fluid communication with the cylinder, and an exhaust manifold in communication with the cylinder; a tire inflation system configured to direct air into at least one of the one or more inflatable wheels; a compressor assembly configured to supply air at a first pressure higher than atmospheric pressure to both the intake manifold and the tire inflation system, wherein the compressor assembly includes an electric motor, and wherein the electric motor rotates a compressor wheel relative to a compressor housing independent of the operation of the internal combustion engine; and a turbocharger driven by the exhaust manifold, wherein the turbocharger is configured to supply air at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure to the intake manifold of the internal combustion engine at least when the compressor assembly is supplying air to the tire inflation system. 2. The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the tire inflation system includes a second air pump operable independently of the compressor assembly. 3. The vehicle of claim 2 , wherein the tire inflation system includes a second manifold configured to direct air to the at least one wheel of the one or more pneumatic wheels, and wherein the manifold is in fluid communication with the second air pump and the compressor assembly. 4. The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the combustion engine includes a throttle, and wherein the compressor assembly is operable independently of the throttle. 5. The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the turbocharger further comprises a turbine assembly in fluid communication with the exhaust manifold. 6. The vehicle of claim 5 , wherein the turbocharger includes a compressor housing, a compressor wheel positioned at least partially within and rotatable with respect to the compressor housing, and wherein the turbine assembly is configured to rotate the compressor wheel relative to the compressor housing. 7. The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the compressor assembly includes a first outlet, wherein the turbocharger includes a second outlet, and wherein the intake manifold includes a first opening configured to be in fluid communication with the cylinder, a second opening in fluid communication with the tire inflation system, and a third opening in fluid communication with the first outlet of the compressor assembly, and a fourth opening in fluid communication with the second outlet. 8. The vehicle of claim 7 , wherein the first opening, second opening, third opening, and fourth opening are all in constant fluid communication with one another. 9. The vehicle of claim 7 , wherein the tire inflation system includes a second air pump operable independently of the compressor assembly. 10. The vehicle of claim 9 , wherein the tire inflation system includes a second manifold in fluid communication with the intake manifold and the second air pump, and wherein the second manifold is configured to selectively direct air to at least one wheel of the one or more inflatable wheels. 11. The vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the tire inflation system includes a second manifold in fluid communication with at least one wheel of the one or more pneumatic wheels, wherein the second manifold is configured to selectively direct air into the at least one wheel of the one or more pneumatic wheels, wherein the second manifold includes a first opening and a second opening, and wherein the first opening is configured to be placed in fluid communication with the first outlet of the compressor assembly; and a second air compressor having a third outlet, and wherein the third outlet is in fluid communication with the second opening. 12. The vehicle of claim 11 , wherein the second manifold includes one or more valves therein. 13. The vehicle of claim 11 , wherein the second air compressor is operable independently of the compressor assembly. 14. A vehicle having one or more pneumatic wheels, the vehicle comprising: an internal combustion engine including a cylinder, an intake manifold in fluid communication with the cylinder, and an exhaust manifold in communication with the cylinder; a tire inflation system configured to direct air into at least one of the one or more pneumatic wheels; a compressor assembly having a first output, wherein the compressor assembly is configured to output a first compressed airflow to the intake manifold and the tire inflation system, wherein the compressor assembly includes an electric motor, and wherein the electric motor rotates a compressor wheel relative to a compressor housing independent of the operation of the internal combustion engine; and a turbocharger driven by the exhaust manifold and positioned upstream of the compressor assembly, wherein the turbocharger outputs a second compressed airflow, and wherein the second compressed airflow is able to bypass the compressor assembly when being directed into the intake manifold.
