The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the portion of the fixer includes a fixing hole to which the fastening member is screw coupleable to screw couple the fastening member to the portion of the fixer. 3. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein, when the cap cover is coupled to the upper door cap, the cap cover forms a portion of an upper surface of the upper door cap. 4. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the door body includes a cover forming a front surface of the door body and that is configured so that the open front side of the coupling groove is exposed while the door panel is separated from the door body. 5. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the door panel includes a fixing member extending along at least one edge of the door panel and including a magnetic body, and, when the door panel is mounted on the door body, the cover and the magnetic body generate an attractive magnetic force. 6. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the door body includes a cover fastening member, the cover includes a cover hole, and the cover fastening member passes through the cover hole to fix the cover to one of the first chassis and the second chassis. 7. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the first chassis and the second chassis extend on opposite sides of the cover, respectively, and, when the door panel is mounted on the door body, protrude forward further than the cover to form a space in which the door panel is seated. 8. The refrigerator of claim 7 , wherein the first chassis and the second chassis support opposite sides of the door panel, respectively. 9. The refrigerator of claim 7 , wherein the door panel, while mounted on the door body, protrudes forward further than the first chassis and the second chassis. 10. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the fixer includes a first fixer and a second fixer spaced apart from the first fixer. 11. The refrigerator of claim 1 , further comprising: a buffer member that, when the door panel is mounted on the door body, is between the door panel and the door body, and that includes a shock absorbing material and/or a sound absorbing material. 12. The refrigerator of claim 11 , wherein the buffer member is on the rear surface of the panel body, and the fixer is at an upper side of the buffer member. 13. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the fixer includes a material different from a material forming the panel body. 14.
