Methods and systems for premises management are described. An example system may comprise a premises management device and a touchscreen device. The touchscreen device may output a plurality of interfaces that enable control of the premises management device. The example system may comprise a premises management server that receives behavioral data associated with the premises management device and the touchscreen device. The premises management server may generate and output a risk score based on the behavioral data.

The invention claimed is: 1. A system comprising: a first plurality of devices located at a first premises associated with a user and a second plurality of devices located at a second premises associated with the user; and a computing device associated with a premises management system and configured to: receive, from at least one device of the first plurality of devices, behavioral data associated with the first premises; determine, based at least in part on the behavioral data associated with the first premises, a risk score associated with the user; receive, from at least one device of the second plurality of devices, behavioral data associated with the second premises; determine, based at least in part on the behavioral data associated with the second premises, an adjustment to the risk score; and send, to another device located external to the first premises and the second premises, information associated with the risk score. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the risk score is further associated with at least one of the premises devices. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device is located external to the first premises and the second premises. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the risk score indicates a probability of damage to at least one of the first premises or second premises. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the another device is associated with one or more service providers interested in assessing risk of damage to at least one of the first or second premises. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the information associated with the risk score comprises an indication of the risk score. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the behavioral data comprises information associated with one or more of an occupancy of at least one of the first or second premises, a usage of at least one of the first or second premises, a usage of at least one other device from at least one of the first or second plurality of devices, or energy usage associated with at least one of the first or second premises. 8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the information associated with the risk score comprises an indication of an operational state of at least one other device of at least one of the first or second plurality of devices. 9. The system of claim 8 , wherein the operational state comprises at least one of an active state, inactive state, alarm state, or non-alarm state of the at least one other device. 10. The system of claim 1 , wherein the another device located external to the first premises and second premises is configured to price at least one service based on the risk score. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the at least one service comprises at least one of an insurance service or a mortgage service. 12. An apparatus comprising: one or more processors; and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: determine behavioral data associated with at least one device of a first plurality of devices located at a first premises associated with a user, wherein the first plurality of devices are associated with a premises management system; generate, based at least in part on the behavioral data associated with the first premises, a risk score associated with the user; determine behavioral data associated with at least one device of a second plurality of devices located at a second premises associated with the user, wherein the second plurality of devices are associated with the premises management system; generate, based at least in part on the behavioral data associated with the second premises, an adjustment to the risk score; and send, to another device located external to the first premises and the second premises, information associated with the risk score. 13. The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the instructions, when executed, further cause the apparatus to determine, based on the risk score, a product to market. 14. The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the apparatus is located external to the first premises and the second premises. 15. The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the risk score indicates a probability of a security event or safety threat to at least one of the first premises or the second premises. 16. A method comprising: receiving, by a computing device associated with a premises management system, behavioral data associated with at least one device of a first plurality of devices located at a first premises associated with a user; generating, based at least in part on the behavioral data associated with the first premises, a risk score associated with the user; receive, from at least one device of a second plurality of devices located at a second premises associated with the user, behavioral data associated with the second premises; generate, based at least in part on the behavioral data associated with the second premises, an adjustment to the risk score; and sending, to another device located external to the first premises and the second premises, information associated with the risk score. 17. The method of claim 16 , wherein the computing device is located external to the first premises and the second premises. 18. The method of claim 16 , wherein the another device located external to the first premises and the second premises is configured to output, based on the information associated with the risk score, one or more of an advertisement or a recommendation for a product or service. 19. The method of claim 16 , wherein the risk score indicates a probability of damage to at least one of the first premises or the second premises.
