Systems and methods for addressing a user-reported vehicle condition are provided. In one example embodiment, a method includes receiving a service request for a vehicle service for a user. The service request is indicative of a location associated with the user. The method includes sending first control signal(s) to an autonomous vehicle that is configured to provide the vehicle service. The first control signal(s) indicate that the autonomous vehicle is to travel to the location associated with the user. The method includes receiving a communication indicative of an existence of a condition that reduces a suitability of the autonomous vehicle to provide the vehicle service. The condition is identified by the user. The method includes determining action(s) to be performed by the autonomous vehicle based, at least in part, on the existence of the condition. The method includes sending second control signal(s) to the autonomous vehicle to perform the action(s).

What is claimed is: 1. A user computing device configured to perform operations, the operations comprising: providing for display, through the user computing device, a user interface comprising one or more interactive elements indicative of one or more adverse conditions of an autonomous vehicle assigned to perform a transportation service for a user from a first location to a second location, wherein the user interface is provided by a software application associated with a service provider, wherein the user is associated with a user profile associated with the service provider; obtaining, through the one or more interactive elements of the user interface, user input indicative of an existence of an adverse condition associated with the autonomous vehicle; determining a communication indicative of a rejection of the autonomous vehicle for the transportation service for the user based, at least in part, on the existence of the adverse condition associated with the autonomous vehicle; providing, to a remote computing system, the communication indicative of the rejection of the autonomous vehicle for the transportation service for the user; in response to the communication, obtaining data indicative of a second autonomous vehicle assigned to perform the transportation service for the user, wherein the data indicates that the second autonomous vehicle is traveling to the first location to provide the transportation for the user; providing, to the remote computing system, confirmation data associated with the adverse condition; and increasing a user rating associated with the user profile of the user in response to a confirmation of the adverse condition. 2. The user computing device of claim 1 , further comprising: obtaining image data indicative of the adverse condition of the autonomous vehicle; and providing, to the remote computing system, the image data indicative of the adverse condition of the autonomous vehicle. 3. The user computing device of claim 1 , wherein the adverse condition is associated with a cleanliness of the autonomous vehicle. 4. The user computing device of claim 1 , wherein the adverse condition is associated with damage to the autonomous vehicle. 5. The user computing device of claim 1 , further comprising: obtaining data indicative of one or more parameters associated with the transportation service, wherein the one or more parameters associated with the transportation service comprise at least one of a service type, a vehicle type, or one or more locations; generating a service request based at least in part on the one or more parameters associated with the transportation service; and providing, by the user device, data indicative of the service request for the transportation service. 6. The user computing device of claim 1 , wherein the user computing device is a tablet associated with the autonomous vehicle. 7. The user computing device of claim 1 , wherein the user computing device is a mobile phone. 8. The user computing device of claim 1 , wherein the user input is obtained from the user after the autonomous vehicle autonomously travels to a location associated with the user. 9. The user computing device of claim 8 , wherein the location associated with the user comprises a pick-up location for the user. 10. A computer-implemented method comprising: obtaining, by a user computing device through a first user interface, data indicative of one or more parameters associated with a transportation service for a user from a first location to a second location; generating, by the user computing device, a service request based at least in part on the one or more parameters associated with the transportation service; providing, by the user computing device, data indicative of the service request for the transportation service; providing for display, through the user computing device, a second user interface comprising one or more interactive elements indicative of one or more adverse conditions of an autonomous vehicle assigned to perform the transportation service, wherein the first user interface and the second user interface are associated with a software application that is associated with a service provider that coordinates the transportation service, wherein the user is associated with a user profile associated with the service provider; obtaining, by the user computing device through the one or more interactive elements of the second user interface, user input indicative of an existence of an adverse condition associated with the autonomous vehicle; determining, by the user computing device, a communication indicative of a rejection of the autonomous vehicle for the transportation service based at least in part on the existence of the adverse condition associated with the autonomous vehicle; providing, by the user computing device to a remote computing system, the communication indicative of the rejection of the autonomous vehicle for the transportation service for the user; in response to the communication, obtaining data indicative of a second autonomous vehicle assigned to perform the transportation service, wherein the data indicates that the second autonomous vehicle is traveling to the first location to provide the transportation service for the user; providing, to the remote computing system, confirmation data associated with the adverse condition; and increasing a user rating associated with the user profile of the user in response to a confirmation of the adverse condition. 11. The computer-implemented method of claim 10 , further comprising: obtaining, by the user computing device through a camera, image data indicative of the adverse condition of the autonomous vehicle, wherein the communication indicative of the rejection of the autonomous vehicle for the transportation service comprises the image data indicative of the adverse condition of the autonomous vehicle. 12. The computer-implemented method of claim 11 , wherein the second user interface comprises an interactive user interface element associated with the image data. 13. The computer-implemented method of claim 11 , wherein the user input is obtained from the user after the autonomous vehicle autonomously travels to a location associated with the user. 14. The computer-implemented method of claim 13 , wherein the location associated with the user comprises a current location of the user. 15. The computer-implemented method of claim 10 , wherein the user input indicative of the existence of the adverse condition associated with the autonomous vehicle is indicative of a type of the adverse condition, and wherein the one or more interactive elements of the second user interface comprises an interactive user interface element associated with the type of the adverse condition. 16. The computer-implemented method of claim 10 , wherein the user computing device is connected to a vehicle computing system of the autonomous vehicle. 17. A user computing device configured to perform operations, the operations comprising: providing for display, through the user computing device, a user interface comprising one or more interactive elements indicative of one or more adverse conditions and an acceptability of an autonomous vehicle for a transportation service for a user from a first location to a second location, wherein the autonomous vehicle has been assigned to perform the transportation service for the user, wherein the user interface is provided by a software application associated with a service provider, wherein the user is associated with a user profile associated wi
