The disclosures herein provide compounds of formula I, formula II, formula III, formula IV, formula V and formula VI or its pharmaceutical acceptable salts, as well as polymorphs, enantiomers, stereoisomers, solvates, and hydrates thereof. These salts may be formulated as pharmaceutical compositions. The pharmaceutical compositions may be formulated for oral, buccal, rectal, topical, transdermal, transmucosal, lozenge, spray, intravenous, oral solution, buccal mucosal layer tablet, parenteral administration, syrup, or injection. Such compositions may be used to treatment of gastrointestinal polyps or its associated complications.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound of Formula I: and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates, prodrugs, enantiomers, and stereoisomers thereof; wherein R 1 , R 3 , and R 5 each independently represents NULL, R 2 , and R 4 each independently represents n is independently 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; a is independently 2, 3 or 7; each b is independently 3, 5 or 6; e is independently 1, 2 or 6; c and d are each independently H, D, —OH, —OD, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, —NH 2 or —COCH 3 ; and wherein R 6 is represented by 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , which is formulated to treat the underlying etiology with an effective amount administering the patient in need by oral administration, delayed release, sustained release, transmucosal administration, syrup, topical administration, parenteral administration, injection, subdermal administration, oral solution, rectal administration, buccal administration, or transdermal administration. 4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3 formulated for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps, intestinal polyps and inflammation. 5. A method of treating at least one of a gastrointestinal polyps, intestinal polyps and inflammatory disease comprising: administering the compound of claim 1 to patient suffering from at least one of a gastrointestinal polyps, intestinal polyps and inflammatory disease, wherein said compound of claim 1 is selected from the group consisting of 6. A compound of claim 1 selected from the group consisting of 7. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 6 , and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 8. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 7 , which is formulated to treat the underlying etiology with an effective amount administering the patient in need by oral administration, delayed release, sustained release, transmucosal administration, syrup, topical administration, parenteral administration, injection, subdermal administration, oral solution, rectal administration, buccal administration, or transdermal administration. 9. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8 formulated for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps, intestinal polyps and inflammation.
