The present invention relates to compounds of Formula I and Formula II or its pharmaceutical acceptable salts, as well as polymorphs, solvates, enantiomers, stereoisomers and hydrates thereof. The pharmaceutical compositions comprising an effective amount of compounds of Formula I and Formula II; and formulated to treat an underlying etiology by oral administration, delayed release or sustained release, transmucosal, syrup, topical, parenteral administration, injection, subdermal, oral solution, rectal administration, buccal administration or transdermal administration.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound of Formula I: 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , which is formulated for delivery to a subject by oral administration, delayed release or sustained release, transmucosal, syrup, topical, parenteral administration, injection, subdermal, oral solution, rectal administration, buccal administration or transdermal administration. 4. A compound of Formula II: 5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 4 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 6.
