What is claimed is: 1. A cytotoxic agent for the treatment of an HIV viral infection, which is configured for the selective binding to a membrane receptor of virus infected CD4 + T lymphocytes, wherein the membrane receptor is CD134, the cytotoxic agent virostatic or a cytostatic agent, wherein the cytostatic agent is selected from the group consisting of an alkylating agent, a platinum analogue, an intercalant, a mitosis inhibitor, and a taxane, and the cytotoxic agent is coupled to an agonistic antibody that selectively binds to CD134. 2. The cytotoxic agent of claim 1 , wherein the agonistic antibody is selected from the group consisting of: MEDI6469 (9B12), MEDI6383, MEDI0562, Hu106-222 and Hu119-122 (UTMDACC). 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the cytotoxic agent of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
