What is claimed is: 1. A compound of the formula: wherein R is 2-OCH 3 , 3-OCH 3 , 4-OCH 3 , or 3,4-diOCH 3 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof. 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the formula: wherein R is 2-OCH 3 , 3-OCH 3 , 4-OCH 3 , or 3,4-diOCH 3 , and optionally comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof. 3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 comprising at least one pharmaceutical carrier.
