The invention claimed is: 1. A streamlined flat windscreen wiper for a vehicle, comprising: a central mounting; at least two terminal caps, each of which is articulated to said central mounting at first and second lateral ends of said central mounting, the central mounting and the at least two terminal caps being arranged to extend over the entire length of the wiper, the at least two terminal caps comprising hooks; a stiffening spine curved to conform with a shape of a windscreen; and at least one end piece that has a substantially hollow parallelepipedal shape, comprising: at least one longitudinal stop, a first housing and a second housing oriented longitudinally, each of the first and second housing having one closed longitudinal end and one open longitudinal end to receive an end of the stiffening spine of the wiper and the wiper blade, and a third housing for introduction of the longitudinal end of a retaining member, longitudinal guiding and sliding means formed on an external face of the end piece and configured to cooperate with the at least two terminal caps, wherein the hooks are configured to cooperate with the at least one longitudinal stop, and wherein each of the first, second, and third housings are formed by walls inside the at least one end piece which reproduce, by extension of the at least one end piece, the shape of the stiffening spine and the wiper blade. 2. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 1 , wherein said guiding and sliding means comprise two parallel longitudinal lateral tracks each defining at least one sliding surface of the at least two terminal caps. 3. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 2 , wherein each of said tracks comprises a first sliding surface of which a longitudinal edge is linked to a longitudinal edge of a second sliding surface. 4. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 3 , wherein said first and second sliding surfaces are substantially at right angles. 5. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 2 , wherein each of said tracks is linked by one of longitudinal ends thereof to a transverse abutment face. 6. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 1 , wherein said guiding and sliding means are situated on a bottom face of said end piece. 7. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 1 , wherein the end piece comprises another housing for receiving an end of a wiper blade and a longitudinal groove which is formed on a bottom face of the end piece and which emerges in the another housing, said guiding and sliding means extending along and on either side of said groove. 8. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 1 , wherein the end piece further comprises elastic snap-fitting means configured to cooperate with the at least two terminal caps. 9. An assembly for a streamlined flat windscreen wiper, comprising: a central mounting having a streamlined shape; and first and second terminal caps that are articulated to the central mounting at first and second lateral ends of the central mounting, wherein the central mounting and the first and second terminal caps are arranged to extend over substantially an entire length of the flat windscreen wiper, wherein the central mounting is connected to the first terminal cap at a first lateral end and connected to the second terminal cap at a second lateral end such that the central mounting and the first and second terminal caps are articulated to each other, and wherein each of the first and second terminal caps comprises two substantially L-shaped lateral hooks, each of which is formed by a vertical wall and a horizontal portion protruding from the vertical wall, wherein the two horizontal hooks are configured to cooperate with an end piece that has a substantially hollow parallelepipedal shape, and wherein the end piece comprises: at least one longitudinal stop configured to prevent at least a stiffening spine from extending longitudinally, a first housing and a second housing oriented longitudinally, each of the first and second housing having one closed longitudinal end and one open longitudinal end to receive an end of the stiffening spine of the wiper and the wiper blade, and a third housing for introduction of the longitudinal end of a retaining member, and longitudinal guiding and sliding means formed on an external face of the end piece and configured to cooperate with the first and second terminal caps, and wherein each of the first, second, and third housings are formed by walls inside the end piece which reproduce, by extension of the end piece, the shape of the stiffening spine and the wiper blade. 10. The assembly according to claim 9 , wherein at least one of the first and second terminal caps is articulated relative to the central mounting. 11. The assembly according to claim 9 , wherein the two substantially L-shaped lateral hooks are configured to extend on each side of said end piece, and wherein a bottom end of each vertical wall is linked to a substantially horizontal part extending between the two substantially L-shaped lateral hooks. 12. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 2 , wherein said at least one surface of the at least two terminal caps cooperates with the end piece by sliding with said tracks of the end piece. 13. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 1 , the end piece further comprising: elastic snap-fitting means configured to cooperate with the at least two terminal caps wherein each of the first and second terminal caps comprises two substantially L-shaped lateral hooks configured to extend on each side of said end piece, wherein each of the two substantially L-shaped lateral hooks is formed by a vertical wall and a horizontal portion protruding from the vertical wall, a bottom end of the vertical wall being linked to a substantially horizontal part extending between the two substantially L-shaped lateral hooks, and wherein said snap-fitting means cooperate with the vertical walls. 14. The streamlined flat windscreen wiper according to claim 13 , wherein the end piece further comprises abutment means configured to cooperate with said two substantially L-shaped lateral hooks after the elastic snap-fitting. 15. A streamlined flat windscreen wiper for a vehicle, the wiper comprising: a central mounting having a streamlined shape; first and second terminal caps that are articulated to the central mounting at first and second lateral ends of the central mounting, wherein the central mounting and first and second caps are arranged to extend over the entire length of the wiper; a stiffening spine curved to conform with a shape of a windscreen; and an end piece that has a substantially hollow parallelepipedal shape comprising: at least one longitudinal stop configured to prevent at least the stiffening spine from extending longitudinally, a first housing and a second housing oriented longitudinally, each of the first and second housing having one closed longitudinal end and one open longitudinal end to receive an end of the stiffening spine of the wiper and the wiper blade, and a third housing for introduction of the longitudinal end of a retaining member, longitudinal guiding and sliding means formed on an external face of the end piece and configured to cooperate with the first and second terminal caps, wherein the central mounting is connected to the first terminal cap at a first lateral end and connected to the second terminal cap at a second lateral end such that the central mounting and two end cap
