A refrigerator including a main body forming a storage compartment, and a door configured to open and close the storage compartment. The door includes a door body rotatably coupled to the main body and including an insulator therein, a panel body positioned in a front of the door body, a first trim disposed at a first edge of the panel body and configured to be coupled to the door body while being rotated with respect to the door body, and a second trim disposed at a second edge opposite to the first edge of the panel body and configured to be coupled to the door body when the first trim is coupled to the door body.

What is claimed is: 1. A refrigerator comprising: a main body having a front side thereof open; and a door configured to open and close the open front side of the main body, wherein the door includes: a door body; and an upper door cap coupled to an upper end of the door body and having an upper coupling portion formed therein, a door panel separably mounted on the door body, and including an upper trim having an upper trim protrusion that is accommodated in the upper coupling portion while the door panel is mounted on the door body; and a fixing cover coupled to the upper door cap to cover a portion of an upper surface of the upper door cap, and configured to prevent the upper trim protrusion from being separated from the upper coupling portion when the upper trim protrusion is accommodated in the upper coupling portion, wherein the upper trim protrusion includes an upper trim hole formed to allow the fixing cover to be inserted thereinto while the door panel is mounted on the door body. 2. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the upper trim protrusion includes a first upper trim protrusion portion and a second upper trim protrusion portion disposed to be spaced apart from the first upper trim protrusion portion. 3. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the door includes a lower door cap coupled to a lower end of the door body and having a lower cap protrusion, and the door panel includes a lower trim having a lower trim groove in which the lower cap protrusion is accommodated while the door panel is mounted on the door body. 4. The refrigerator of claim of claim 3 , wherein the lower trim groove includes a first lower trim groove portion and a second lower trim groove portion disposed to be spaced apart from the first lower trim groove portion. 5. The refrigerator of claim 3 , wherein the lower door cap includes a mounting space formed to allow the door panel to be rotatable therein when the lower trim is coupled to the lower door cap. 6. The refrigerator of claim 3 , wherein the door body includes chassis provide to support opposite ends of the door panel. 7. The refrigerator of claim 6 , wherein the chassis are provided to form a space together with the upper door cap and the lower door cap in which the door panel is seated. 8. The refrigerator of claim 7 , wherein the door panel, while mounted on the door body, is provided to protrude forward than the chassis. 9. The refrigerator of claim 6 , wherein the door body includes a cover having a cover hole which a fastening member passes through such that the cover is fixed to the chassis. 10. The refrigerator of claim 9 , wherein the cover, while the door panel is separated from the door body, is formed to allow the upper coupling portion to be exposed. 11. The refrigerator of claim 9 , wherein the door panel includes a magnetic bodies disposed adjacent to left and right side ends of the door panel, and the cover is provided to have the magnetic bodies attached thereto by a magnetic force. 12. The refrigerator of claim 11 , further comprising a buffer member arranged between the door panel and the door body, and including a shock absorbing material or a sound absorbing material. 13. The refrigerator of claim 12 , wherein the magnetic bodies are arranged at opposite sides of the buffer member. 14. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the door panel includes a panel body to which the upper trim is attached, and the upper trim includes a material different from a material forming the panel body. 15. The refrigerator of claim 14 , wherein the panel body is provided to cover the upper coupling portion while the door panel is mounted on the door body.
