Disclosed herein is a system that includes an order processing subsystem and a delivery processing subsystem comprising at least one database and one or more processors. The one or more processors of the delivery processing subsystem is configured to receive a request for a user to access the delivery processing subsystem and a scanning device, authenticate the user by verifying the request with user credentials stored in the at least one database, provide the user with access to the delivery processing subsystem and the scanning device, receive scanned data from the scanning device, retrieve package data regarding a package for an inmate based on the scanned data from the scanning device, and generate, based on the package data, a route in the correctional facility for delivery of the package to the inmate in the correctional facility, wherein the route does not include an identity of the inmate.

What is claimed is: 1. A system for product ordering and delivery services for an inmate in a correctional facility, the system comprising: an order processing subsystem comprising one or more processors, wherein the one or more processors of the order processing subsystem are configured to: receive data regarding an order of the inmate for one or more products; generate an order number for the order; transfer funds from an account of the inmate to an account associated with the correctional facility for the one or more products in the order; assign an RFID tag or quick response (QR) code to the order number for the order of the inmate by encoding the order number and the data regarding the order of the inmate into the RFID tag or the QR code; and generate instructions for the order of the inmate to be delivered in a package for the inmate containing the order with the RFID tag or the QR code affixed to the package without any information discernable to a human so as to conceal an identity of the inmate and the contents of the package by use of the RFID tag or the QR code; and a computing device comprising one or more processors and a database, wherein the computing device is located at a centralized facility, and wherein the one or more processors of the computing device are configured to: conduct an electronic inspection of the package for the inmate received at the centralized facility prior to shipping and delivery of the package to the correctional facility; determine whether contraband is present in the package based on the electronic inspection; and record data regarding contents of the package in the database based on the determination, wherein at least a portion of the contents are repackaged in the package for delivery from the centralized facility to the correctional facility. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the electronic inspection of the package comprises an X-ray inspection. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the electronic inspection of the package comprises a weight inspection. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the contraband is removed from the package in response to determining that the contraband is present in the package based on the electronic inspection. 5. The system of claim 4 , wherein the portion of the contents of the package comprises the contents of the package without the contraband. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors of the computing device are configured to: transmit the data regarding the contents of the package to the order processing subsystem. 7. A method for delivery processing of a package for an inmate in a correctional facility, the method comprising: conducting, by a computing device in a centralized facility, an electronic inspection for contraband in the package for the inmate, wherein the package is received at the centralized facility prior to shipping and delivery of the package to the correctional facility; determining, by at least one processor of the computing device, whether the contraband is present in the package based on the electronic inspection; and based on the determination, recording, by the at least one processor, data regarding contents of the package in a database storing package information for the inmate in the correctional facility, wherein at least a portion of the contents are repackaged in the package with an RFID tag or quick response (QR) code affixed to the package for delivery from the centralized facility to the correctional facility, and wherein the package is received at the correctional facility without any information discernable to a human so as to conceal an identity of the inmate and the contents of the package by use of the RFID tag or the QR code. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the electronic inspection of the package comprises an X-ray inspection. 9. The method of claim 7 , wherein the electronic inspection of the package comprises a weight inspection. 10. The method of claim 7 , further comprising: removing the contraband from the package in response to determining that the contraband is present in the package based on the electronic inspection. 11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the portion of the contents of the package comprises the contents of the package without the contraband. 12. The method of claim 7 , further comprising: transmitting the data regarding the contents of the package to an order processing system in the correctional facility. 13. The method of claim 7 , wherein the package is not delivered to the inmate in the correctional facility if the contraband is present in the package. 14. The method of claim 7 , wherein the package is delivered to the inmate in the correctional facility if the contraband is not present in the package. 15. An order processing system for product ordering and delivery of packages for inmates in a correctional facility, the order processing system comprising: a database that stores package information for the inmates in the correctional facility; a processing subsystem comprising one or more processors, wherein the one or more processors of the processing subsystem are configured to: receive data regarding an order of an inmate for one or more products; generate an order number for the order; transfer funds from an account of the inmate to an account associated with the correctional facility for the one or more products in the order; assign an RFID tag or quick response (QR) code to the order number for the order of the inmate by encoding the order number and the data regarding the order of the inmate into the RFID tag or the QR code; and generate instructions for the order of the inmate to be delivered in a package for the inmate containing the order with the RFID tag or the QR code affixed to the package without any information discernable to a human so as to conceal an identity of the inmate and the contents of the package by use of the RFID tag or the QR code; a computing device comprising one or more processors and located at a centralized facility; and a network interface device configured to communicate with the database, the processing subsystem, and the computing device, wherein upon delivery of the package for the inmate to the centralized facility, the one or more processors of the computing device are configured to: conduct an electronic inspection of the package for the inmate; determine whether contraband is present in the package based on the electronic inspection; and record data regarding contents of the package in the database based on the determination, wherein at least a portion of the contents are repackaged in the package for delivery from the centralized facility to the correctional facility. 16. The order processing system of claim 15 , wherein the electronic inspection of the package comprises an X-ray inspection. 17. The order processing system of claim 15 , wherein the electronic inspection of the package comprises a weight inspection. 18. The order processing system of claim 15 , wherein the contraband is removed from the package in response to determining that the contraband is present in the package based on the electronic inspection. 19. The order processing system of claim 15 , wherein the portion of the contents of the package comprises the contents of the package without the contraband. 20. The order processing system of claim 15 , wherein the one or more processors of the computing device are configured to: transmit the data regarding the contents of the package to the process
