Compounds for use in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection are disclosed. The compounds have the following Formula (I): including stereoisomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R 1 , X, W, Y 1 , Y 2 , Z 1 , and Z 4 are as defined herein. Methods associated with preparation and use of such compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, are also disclosed.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound having Formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, wherein: R 1 is phenyl, substituted with one, two, or three halogens; Y 1 is hydrogen, C 1-3 alkyl or C 1-3 haloalkyl; Y 2 is hydrogen, C 1-3 alkyl or C 1-3 haloalkyl; X is —O—; W is —CHZ 2 —; Z 1 and Z 2 , taken together, form -L-; Z 4 is —CH 2 —; L is —C(R a ) 2 —C(R a ) 2 —C(R a ) 2 —; and each R a is independently hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy or C 1-4 alkyl. 2. The compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, wherein: Y 1 is hydrogen; and Y 2 is hydrogen. 3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is selected from the group consisting of: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent or excipient.
