Provided is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires that enables continuous and efficient labeling on tires using a labeling apparatus. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet includes a release material (C), a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ), a first substrate (A 1 ), a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ), and a second substrate (A 2 ), in this order, and satisfies Requirement (1): in a planar view of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires, the outline of the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ) exists inside the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ), and Requirement (2): the shortest distance (X) between the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ) and the outline of the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) is 0.35 mm or more.

What is claimed is: 1. A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires, comprising: a release material (C); a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ); a first substrate (A 1 ); a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ); and a second substrate (A 2 ), wherein the release material (C), the first and second pressure sensitive adhesive layers (B 1 , B 2 ), and the first and second substrates (A 1 , A 2 ) are in an order of the release material (C), the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ), the first substrate (A 1 ), the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ), and the second substrate (A 2 ), the second substrate (A 2 ) is a resin film comprising a thermoplastic resin, where the thermoplastic resin consists of at least one selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polystyrene, and nylon, or is a synthetic paper, in a planar view of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, an outline of the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ) exists inside an outline of the second substrate (A 2 ), and in the planar view of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, an outline of the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) exists inside the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ) such that a shortest distance (X) between the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ) and the outline of the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) is 0.35 mm or more. 2. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 1 , wherein a MD stiffness of the second substrate (A 2 ), measured in the Gurley method according to JIS L 1085, is 0.10 mN or more. 3. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ) is formed of a hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive composition. 4. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 3 , wherein the hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises 15 to 40% by mass of a block copolymer, 30 to 70% by mass of a tackifier, and 10 to 40% by mass of a plasticizer. 5. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 2 , wherein the MD stiffness of the second substrate (A 2 ), measured in the Gurley method according to JIS L 1085, is from 0.10 mN to 0.40 mN. 6. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 2 , wherein the MD stiffness of the second substrate (A 2 ), measured in the Gurley method according to JIS L 1085, is from 0.10 mN to 0.20 mN. 7. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 3 , wherein the hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises 15 to 30% by mass of a block copolymer, 30 to 70% by mass of a tackifier, and 10 to 40% by mass of a plasticizer. 8. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) is formed of an energy ray-polymerizable pressure sensitive adhesive composition. 9. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 1 , wherein, in the planar view of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, the outline of the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ) exists inside the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ) such that a shortest distance (Z) between the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ) and the outline of the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ) is from 0.1 mm to 10 mm. 10. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the shortest distance (X) between the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ) and the outline of the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) is from 0.40 mm to 10 mm. 11. A method for producing a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires, which comprises a release material (C), a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ), a first substrate (A 1 ), a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ), and a second substrate (A 2 )′, in this order, the method comprising, sequentially from (1)′ to (7)′: (1)′: providing a laminate ( 1 ) having a release material (C), a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ), and a first substrate (A 1 ), in this order, and forming a layer (B 2 )′ of an energy ray-polymerizable adhesive composition on the first substrate (A 1 ) of the laminate (I), thereby forming a laminate (II)′; (2)′: die cutting a laminate part (L)′ composed of the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ), the first substrate (A 1 ) and the layer (B 2 )′, thereby forming a laminate (III)′ and a selvage part (Y 1 )′; (3)′: removing the selvage part (Y 1 )′ formed in ( 2 )′; (4)′: providing a second substrate (A 2 )′ on a surface of the layer (B 2 )′, thereby forming a laminate (IV)′; (5)′: irradiating the layer (B 2 )′ with energy rays having passed through the second substrate (A 2 )′ to cause polymerization, thereby forming a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) to constitute a laminate (IV); (6)′: die cutting the second substrate (A 2 )′ in such a manner that, in a planar view of the second substrate (A 2 )′, an outline of the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ) exists inside an outline of the second substrate (A 2 )′, that an outline of the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) exists inside the outline of the second substrate (A 2 )′, and that a shortest distance (X) between the outline of the second substrate (A 2 )′ and the outline of the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) is 0.35 mm or more, thereby forming a laminate (V) and a selvage part (Y 2 ); and (7)′: removing the selvage part (Y 2 ) formed in ( 6 ), wherein the second substrate (A 2 )′ is free of polyethylene. 12. A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires, comprising: a release material (C); a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ); a first substrate (A 1 ); a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ); and a second substrate (A 2 ), wherein the release material (C), the first and second pressure sensitive adhesive layers (B 1 , B 2 ), and the first and second substrates (A 1 , A 2 ) are in an order of the release material (C), the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ), the first substrate (A 1 ), the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ), and the second substrate (A 2 ), the second substrate (A 2 ) is free of polyethylene, in a planar view of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, an outline of the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 1 ) exists inside an outline of the second substrate (A 2 ), and in the planar view of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, an outline of the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) exists inside the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ) such that a shortest distance (X) between the outline of the second substrate (A 2 ) and the outline of the second pressure sensitive adhesive layer (B 2 ) is 0.35 mm or more. 13. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 12 , wherein a MD stiffness of the second substrate (A 2 ), measured in the Gurley method according to JIS L 1085, is 0.10 mN or more. 14. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 13 , wherein the MD stiffness of the second substrate (A 2 ), measured in the Gurley method according to JIS L 1085, is from 0.10 mN to 0.40 mN. 15. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for tires according to claim 13 , wherein the MD stiffness of the second substrate (A 2 ), measured in the Gurley method according to JIS L 1085, is from 0.10 mN to 0.20 mN. 16.
