What is claimed is: 1. An air cleaner arrangement comprising: (a) a housing having an air inlet, an air outlet, and an interior region, wherein: (i) the housing comprises a first side wall, an opposite second side wall, a bottom wall, and an opposite top wall, wherein the top wall comprises an access cover; (ii) the housing including a housing seal surface extending around a periphery of the air outlet; (b) a filter cartridge located within the interior region of the housing and sized to pass through an opening in the housing provided when the access cover moves from a closed position to an open position, the filter cartridge comprising: (i) a media construction having an inlet flow end and an opposite outlet flow end, and having a rectangular cross-section; (ii) a seal member engaging the housing seal surface and providing a seal between the filter cartridge and the housing when the filter cartridge is biased in an axial direction away from the housing air inlet; (iii) a sheath construction around the media construction and having a first side wall, a second side wall, a bottom wall, a top wall, and a seal support supporting the seal member; (iv) a first projection arrangement from the first wall of the sheath and including a radially extending portion that extends in a line along a length of the first wall between the bottom wall and the top wall of the sheath; (v) a second projection arrangement from the second wall of the sheath and including a radially extending portion that extends in a line along a length of the second wall between the bottom wall and the top wall of the sheath; (vi) a handle arrangement extending from the top wall of the sheath construction; and (c) wherein the air cleaner is constructed so that, when the access cover is provided in the closed position, the filter cartridge is biased in the axial direction forming the seal between the seal member and the housing seal surface, and the filter cartridge is unable to back out of the seal formed between the seal member and the housing seal surface until the access cover is moved to the open position. 2. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the media construction comprises a z-filter media construction comprising a fluted sheet secured to facing sheet. 3. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 2 wherein: (a) wherein the z-filter media construction comprises the fluted sheet secured to the facing sheet and provided in a stacked arrangement. 4. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 2 wherein: (a) the z-filter media construction comprises the fluted sheet secured to the facing sheet and provided in a coiled arrangement. 5. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 2 wherein: (a) the facing sheet is corrugated. 6. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the inlet flow end and the outlet flow end include parallel flow faces. 7. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member comprises polyurethane. 8. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member comprises a compressible material. 9. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 8 wherein: (a) the compressible material is compressed at least 0.5 mm. 10. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member is compressed between the seal support and the housing seal surface of the housing. 11. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member is not located around the filter media construction. 12. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member is configured to form an outwardly directed radial seal. 13. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member is configured to form an inwardly directed radial seal. 14. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member is configured to form an axially directed seal. 15. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal support comprises a flange extending from the first side wall, the second side wall, the bottom wall, and the top wall of the sheath. 16. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 15 wherein: (a) the flange is integral with the sheath construction. 17. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member molded onto the seal support. 18. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the sheath construction comprises a molded plastic construction. 19. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the first projection and the second projection extend from the sheath construction first side and the sheath construction second side, respectively, in opposite directions. 20. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the first projection and the second projection are integral with the sheath construction. 21. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the sheath construction has a rectangular cross-section. 22. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the sheath construction has rounded corners. 23. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the sheath construction has an outlet end support lattice adjacent the outlet flow end of the air filter media configuration and extending at least partly across the outlet flow end. 24. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the portion extending radially away from the first wall of the sheath and the portion extending radially away from the second wall of the sheath are spaced at least 0.5 cm from the outlet flow end of the media construction. 25. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the portion extending radially away from the first wall of the sheath and the portion extending radially away from the second wall of the sheath are spaced about 20 cm to about 10 cm from the outlet flow end of the media construction. 26. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member has four straight segments and four rounded corners. 27. An air cleaner arrangement according to claim 26 wherein: (a) the four straight segments of the seal member each include segments that extend, without curvature, at least 10 mm. 28.
