What is claimed is: 1. An air filter cartridge comprising: (a) an air filter media configuration comprising fluted media secured to facing media and configured in a form having an inlet flow end and an outlet flow end, flutes extending in a direction between the inlet flow end and the outlet flow end, an axial length extending between the inlet flow end and the outlet flow end, an outer peripheral surface extending between the inlet flow end and the outlet flow end, and wherein the air filter media configuration is constructed to filter air passing in through the inlet flow end and out through the outlet flow end; (b) a sheath construction positioned around the outer peripheral surface of the air filter media configuration, wherein the sheath construction comprises a molded plastic, single piece construction; (c) a seal arrangement including a radial seal member constructed to form a radially directed seal when inserted, for use, in an air cleaner housing; (d) a radially extending projection arrangement extending radially from the sheath construction and positioned to engage an air cleaner housing in order to bias the radial seal member into a sealing relationship with a radial seal surface on the air cleaner housing; and (e) a handle arrangement extending from the sheath construction at a location between the inlet flow end and the outlet flow end of the air filter media construction. 2. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member is configured to form an outwardly directed radial seal. 3. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member is configured to form an inwardly directed radial seal. 4. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal arrangement comprises the radial seal member provided on a seal support. 5. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the air filter media configuration comprises the fluted media secured to the facing media and coiled to form the air filter media configuration. 6. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the air filter media configuration comprises the fluted media secured to the facing media and stacked to form an arrangement having four planar sides. 7. An air filter cartridge according to claim 6 wherein: (a) the arrangement having four planar sides is rectangular. 8. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 further comprising: (a) an outlet end support lattice adjacent the outlet flow end of the air filter media configuration and extending at least partly across the outlet flow end. 9. An air filter cartridge according to claim 4 wherein: (a) the seal support is integral with the sheath construction. 10. An air filter cartridge according to claim 4 wherein: (a) the seal support is separate from the sheath construction. 11. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member is not located around the filter media construction. 12. An air filter cartridge according to claim 4 wherein: (a) the seal support and the seal member are provided extending away from the outlet flow end. 13. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal member includes a seal surface that forms the radially directed seal, and the seal surface has a stepped configuration. 14. An air filter cartridge according to claim 13 wherein: (a) the stepped configuration has a portion having a larger outer perimeter size compared to an adjacent portion. 15. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the radially extending projection arrangement includes a pair of projections mounted to project radially outwardly from the sheath construction. 16. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the radially extending projection arrangement is integral with the sheath construction. 17. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the inlet flow end and the outlet flow end include parallel flow faces. 18. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the handle arrangement is secured to the sheath construction by brackets. 19. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the inlet flow end and the outlet flow end of the air filter media configuration are opposite each other.
