The invention claimed is: 1. A power receiving apparatus, comprising: a power receiving circuit including a power receiving coil configured to receive a wireless power transmitted from a power transmitting apparatus; a heat storage section; a detection circuit configured to detect a temperature of the heat storage section; and a control circuit configured to calculate a value based on the temperature of the heat storage section and to compare the calculated value with a first threshold value and a second threshold value, wherein when the calculated value is higher than the first threshold value and is lower than the second threshold value, the control circuit causes the power receiving apparatus to transmit a first request to the power transmitting apparatus, the first request requesting the power transmitting apparatus to decrease an amount of the wireless power, and when the calculated value is higher than the second threshold value, the control circuit causes the power receiving apparatus to transmit a second request to the power transmitting apparatus, the second request requesting the power transmitting apparatus to stop transmitting the wireless power. 2. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the detection circuit detects the temperature and at least one of an electric resistance value, a volume, stress, or a strain of the heat storage section. 3. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: at least one component thermally coupled to the heat storage section. 4. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the at least one component includes one or more of a semiconductor circuit, a display, a battery, or charging circuitry configured to charge the battery. 5. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the at least one component includes the charging circuitry, the charging circuitry being electrically connected to the power receiving circuit to receive power for charging the battery. 6. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: a heat dissipation component thermally coupled to the heat storage section. 7. A power receiving apparatus, comprising: a power receiving circuit including a power receiving coil configured to receive a wireless power transmitted from a power transmitting apparatus; a heat storage section; a detection circuit configured to detect a temperature of the heat storage section; and a control circuit configured to calculate a value based on the temperature of the heat storage section and to compare the calculated value with a first threshold value and a second threshold value. 8. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the detection circuit detects the temperature and at least one of an electric resistance value, a volume, stress, or a strain of the heat storage section. 9. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 7 , further comprising: at least one component thermally coupled to the heat storage section. 10. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the at least one component includes one or more of a semiconductor circuit, a display, a battery, or charging circuitry configured to charge the battery. 11. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the at least one component includes the charging circuitry, the charging circuitry being electrically connected to the power receiving circuit to receive power for charging the battery. 12. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 7 , further comprising: a heat dissipation component thermally coupled to the heat storage section. 13. A power transmitting system comprising: a power receiving apparatus including: a power receiving circuit including a power receiving coil configured to receive a wireless power transmitted from a power transmitting apparatus, a heat storage section, a detection circuit configured to detect a temperature of the heat storage section, and a control circuit configured to calculate a value based on the temperature of the heat storage section and to compare the calculated value with a first threshold value and a second threshold value; and a power transmitting apparatus, the power transmitting apparatus being configured to: receive a first request from the power receiving apparatus and decrease an amount of the wireless power to the power receiving apparatus when the calculated value is higher than the first threshold value and is lower than the second threshold value, and receive a second request from the power receiving apparatus and stop transmitting the wireless power to the power receiving apparatus when the calculated value is higher than the second threshold value. 14. The power transmitting system according to claim 13 , wherein the detection circuit detects the temperature and at least one of an electric resistance value, a volume, stress, or a strain of the heat storage section. 15. The power transmitting system according to claim 13 , wherein the power receiving apparatus includes at least one component thermally coupled to the heat storage section. 16. The power transmitting system according to claim 15 , wherein the at least one component includes one or more of a semiconductor circuit, a display, a battery, or charging circuitry configured to charge the battery. 17. The power transmitting system according to claim 16 , wherein the at least one component includes the charging circuitry, the charging circuitry being electrically connected to the power receiving circuit to receive power for charging the battery. 18. The power transmitting system according to claim 13 , wherein the power receiving apparatus includes a heat dissipation component thermally coupled to the heat storage section. 19. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein when the calculated value is higher than the first threshold value and is lower than the second threshold value, the control circuit causes the power receiving apparatus to transmit a first request to the power transmitting apparatus, the first request requesting the power transmitting apparatus to decrease an amount of the wireless power. 20. The power receiving apparatus according to claim 19 , wherein when the calculated value is higher than the second threshold value, the control circuit causes the power receiving apparatus to transmit a second request to the power transmitting apparatus, the second request requesting the power transmitting apparatus to stop transmitting the wireless power. 21.
