What is claimed: 1. An air cleaner assembly comprising: (a) a housing including: an inlet section; a central section; and an outlet section; (i) the inlet section comprising a precleaner arrangement including a plurality of dust separator tubes; and, (ii) the housing being openable for installation and removal of an internally received filter cartridge; and, (b) a first air filter cartridge removably positioned within the housing; the first air filter cartridge including: (i) a media pack having: (A) an inlet flow end and an opposite outlet flow end; and, (B) media comprising a coiled arrangement including coils of fluted media secured to facing media and configured so that air entering the inlet flow end cannot exit the outlet flow end without filtering passage through the media; (C) the media pack having a non-circular perimeter; (ii) a housing seal arrangement including a seal portion removably sealed to the housing; and, the housing seal arrangement including a portion molded to the media; (iii) a preform arrangement secured to the media pack and including: a portion surrounding the media pack; and, a handle arrangement including a stationary portion under which a portion of a person's fingers can fit, between a portion of the handle arrangement and the media; (A) the stationary portion under which a portion of a person's fingers can fit being closer to the inlet flow end of the media pack than to the outlet flow end of the media pack; (B) the first air filter cartridge including no preform portion at a location surrounded by coils of the media; and (C) the stationary portion under which a portion of a person's fingers can fit does not extend around the non-circular perimeter of the media pack. 2. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing includes a side access cover thereon. 3. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement includes a radially directed housing seal portion. 4. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the perform arrangement includes a seal support; and, (b) the seal portion is molded-in-place on the seal support and includes a portion molded to, and surrounding, the media pack. 5. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the preform arrangement includes a first preform adjacent the inlet flow end of the media pack; (b) the preform arrangement includes a second preform adjacent the outlet flow end of the media pack; and, (c) the preform arrangement includes: a portion extending across the inlet flow end of the media pack; and, a portion extending across the outlet flow end of the media pack. 6. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 5 including: (a) a safety filter element, separate from the first air filter cartridge, positioned within the housing. 7. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 6 wherein: (a) the safety filter element includes: an outer frame having two opposite curved ends, and two, opposite, sides; pleated media positioned surrounded by the frame; and, a handle member projecting toward the inlet section. 8. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 1 including: (a) a safety filter element, separate from the first air filter cartridge, positioned within the housing. 9. An air cleaner assembly according to claim 8 wherein: (a) the safety filter element includes: an outer frame having two opposite curved ends, and two, opposite, sides; pleated media positioned surrounded by the frame; and, a handle member projecting toward the inlet section. 10. An air cleaner assembly comprising: (a) a housing including: an inlet section; a central section; and an outlet section; (i) the inlet section comprising a precleaner arrangement including a plurality of dust separator tubes; and, (ii) the housing being openable for installation and removal of an internally received filter cartridge; and, (b) a first air filter cartridge removably positioned within the housing; the first air filter cartridge including: (i) a media pack having: (A) an inlet flow end and an opposite outlet flow end; and, (B) media comprising a coiled arrangement including coils of fluted media secured to facing media and configured so that air entering the inlet flow end cannot exit the outlet flow end without filtering passage through the media; (C) the media pack having a non-circular perimeter; (ii) a housing seal arrangement including a seal portion removably sealed to the housing; the seal portion being molded-in-place on the seal support and including a portion molded to, and surrounding, the media pack; and, (iii) a preform arrangement secured to the media pack and including: a portion surrounding the media pack; and, a handle arrangement including a stationary portion under which a portion of a person's fingers can fit, between a portion of the handle arrangement and the media; (A) the stationary portion under which a portion of a person's fingers can fit being closer to the inlet flow end of the media pack than to the outlet flow end of the media pack; (B) the first air filter cartridge including no preform portion at a location surrounded by coils of the media; (C) the perform arrangement including a seal support; and, (D) the stationary portion under which a portion of a person's finger can fit does not extend around the non-circular perimeter of the media pack. 11. An air cleaner filter cartridge arrangement installable in an air cleaner housing during use; the air cleaner filter cartridge arrangement comprising: (a) a media pack having: (i) an inlet flow end and an opposite outlet flow end; and, (ii) media comprising a coiled arrangement including coils of fluted media secured to facing media and configured so that air entering the inlet flow end cannot exit the outlet flow end without filtering passage through the media; (iii) the media pack having a non-circular perimeter; (b) a preform arrangement including: a portion surrounding the media pack; and, a handle arrangement including a stationary portion under which a portion of a person's fingers can fit, between a portion of the handle arrangement and the media; (i) the stationary portion under which a portion of a person's fingers can fit being closer to the inlet flow end of the media pack than to the outlet flow end of the media pack and projecting further away from the media pack than adjacent portions of the preform arrangement; (ii) the preform arrangement including a seal support; and, (iii) the stationary portion under which a portion of a person's fingers can fit does not extend around the non-circular perimeter of the media pack; and, (c) a housing seal arrangement including: a seal portion molded-in-place on the media; and, a portion molded-in-place on the seal support; (d) the cartridge including no preform portion at a location surrounded by coils of the media. 12.
