What is claimed is: 1. An air filter cartridge comprising: (a) a filter media pack having first and second, opposite, flow faces; the filter media pack comprising fluted media secured to facing media to define inlet and outlet flow channels extending between the first and second, opposite, flow faces; (i) the filter media pack being closed to passage of air therethrough, from the first flow face to the opposite second flow face, without filtering passage through the media; (ii) the first flow face being generally planar and perpendicular to a direction of extension of the media between the inlet and outlet flow faces; and, (iii) the media pack having a non-circular cross-sectional definition in a direction parallel to the first flow face; and, (b) a housing seal arrangement comprising a perimeter seal extending completely around the media pack; (i) the housing seal arrangement including a seal surface positioned for sealing engagement with a housing component in use; (ii) the seal surface extending completely around the media pack and including at least one pinch seal surface portion, configured to sealingly engage a housing as it extends in a direction around the media pack, that also extends in a direction non-parallel to the first flow face; (A) the pinch seal surface portion being spaced from at least from the second flow face in a direction toward the first flow face, as the housing seal arrangement extends around the media pack; and, (B) the housing seal arrangement having a portion molded to the filter media pack; and, (iii) the housing seal arrangement comprises a base and the pinch seal lip; (A) the pinch seal lip being positioned on, and molded integral with, the base; and, (B) the base and pinch seal lip defining a trough between at least a portion of the pinch seal lip and the media pack. 2. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the filter media pack has first and second, opposite, sides; (b) the seal surface includes at least one pinch seal surface portion , positioned in overlap with the first side, that also extends in a direction non-parallel to the first flow face; and, (c) the seal surface includes at least one pinch seal surface portion, positioned in overlap with the second side, that also extends in a direction non-parallel to the first flow face. 3. An air filter cartridge according to claim 2 wherein: (a) the trough extends completely around the media pack. 4. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the seal surface, including the at least one pinch seal surface portion, faces an opposite direction from the first flow face; and, in the same direction as the second flow face. 5. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the at least one pinch seal surface portion includes at least a portion that, as it extends in a direction around the media pack, also extends in a direction non-parallel to the first flow face. 6. An air filter cartridge according to claim 5 wherein: (a) the at least one pinch seal surface portion also includes at least a portion that, as it extends in a direction around the media pack, also extends in a direction parallel to the first flow face. 7. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the media pack has a rectangular cross-section in a direction parallel to the first flow face. 8. An air filter cartridge according to claim 1 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement is molded-in-place on a remainder of the air filter cartridge. 9. An air filter cartridge according to claim 8 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement includes a portion molded-in-place directly to the media. 10. An air filter cartridge comprising: (a) a filter media pack having first and second, opposite, flow faces; the filter media pack comprising fluted media secured to facing media to define inlet and outlet flow channels extending between the first and second, opposite, flow faces; (i) the filter media pack being closed to passage of air therethrough, from the first flow face to the opposite second flow face, without filtering passage through the media; and, (ii) the first flow face being generally planar and perpendicular to a direction of extension of the media between the inlet and outlet flow faces; and, (b) a housing seal arrangement comprising a perimeter seal extending completely around the media pack; (i) the housing seal arrangement comprising a pinch seal lip having a pinch seal surface portion positioned for sealing engagement with a housing component in use; the seal surface portion facing, generally: in an opposite direction from the first flow face; and, in the same direction as the second flow face; (ii) the pinch seal surface portion including at least one seal surface portion, as it extends in a direction around the media pack, that also extends in a direction non-parallel to the first flow face; and, (iii) the pinch seal surface portion including at least one seal surface portion, as it extends in a direction around the media pack, that also extends in a direction parallel to the first flow face; (iv) the pinch seal surface portion being spaced at least from the second flow face in a direction toward the first flow face, as the housing seal arrangement extends around the media pack; and, (v) the housing seal arrangement having a portion molded to the filter media pack. 11. An air filter cartridge according to claim 10 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement comprises a base and the pinch seal lip; (i) the pinch seal lip being positioned on, and molded integral with, the base; and, (ii) the base and pinch seal lip defining a trough between at least a portion of the pinch seal lip and the media pack. 12. An air filter cartridge according to claim 11 wherein: (a) the trough extends completely around the media pack. 13. An air filter cartridge according to claim 10 wherein: (a) the filter media pack has first and second, opposite, sides; (b) the pinch seal surface portion includes at least one pinch seal surface portion, positioned in overlap with the first side, that also extends in a direction non-parallel to the first flow face; and, (c) the seal surface includes at least one pinch seal surface portion, positioned in overlap with the second side, that also extends in a direction non-parallel to the first flow face. 14. An air filter cartridge according to claim 10 wherein: (a) the media comprises a stack of strips of fluted media secured to facing media. 15. An air filter cartridge according to claim 14 wherein: (a) the media pack has a rectangular cross-section in a direction parallel to the first flow face. 16. An air filter cartridge according to claim 10 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement is molded-in-place onto a remainder of the cartridge. 17. An air filter cartridge according to claim 16 wherein: (a) the housing seal arrangement includes a portion molded directly to the media. 18.
