What is claimed is: 1. A method for testing a shaped charge comprising: pressing a powdered material into a disc; sintering the disc; placing the disc proximate to a shaped charge; and firing the shaped charge into the disc, wherein the powdered material includes a wax powdered component and the wax powdered component is burned off during the sintering process. 2. A method for testing a shaped charge comprising: pressing a powdered material into a disc; sintering the disc; placing the disc proximate to a shaped charge; and firing the shaped charge into the disc, wherein the powdered material includes a lubricating additive component. 3. A method for testing a shaped charge comprising: pressing a powdered material into a disc; sintering the disc; placing the disc proximate to a shaped charge; and firing the shaped charge into the disc, wherein the powdered material includes a lubricating additive component and the sintering burns off the lubricating additive component.
