What is claimed is: 1. A modular exclusion device useful for implantation in an aneurysmal site in a blood vessel comprising: a main body including a main body stent and main body graft material coupled to the stent such that the main body is substantially tubular; an aperture disposed through a surface of the main body graft material, wherein the aperture includes a neck portion extending outwardly from the main body such that a neck longitudinal axis is substantially perpendicular to a main body longitudinal axis, wherein the neck portion includes neck portion graft material extending from and integral with the main body graft material and a neck portion stent sewn to the neck portion graft material; a non-resorbable polymer material different from the neck portion graft material disposed on an inner surface of the neck portion graft material, wherein the non-resorbable polymer material is configured to attach the neck portion graft material to an insert. 2. The modular exclusion device of claim 1 , wherein the polymeric compound is a silicone or a polyurethane. 3. The modular exclusion device of claim 2 , wherein the silicone is polymethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane or polymethylphenylsiloxane. 4. The modular exclusion device of claim 1 , further comprising an insert partially disposed within a neck lumen of the neck portion, wherein the insert does not extend into a main body lumen of the main body. 5. The modular exclusion device of claim 4 , wherein the insert comprises a plurality of insert stents and an insert graft material coupled to the insert stents such that the insert is substantially tubular. 6. The modular exclusion device of claim 4 , further comprising a non-resorbable polymer different from the neck portion graft material and the insert graft material, wherein the non-resorbable polymer is located on an outside surface of an insertion end of the insert graft material. 7. The modular exclusion device of claim 6 , wherein the non-resorbable polymer is a silicone or a polyurethane. 8. The modular exclusion device of claim 7 , wherein the silicone is polymethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane or polymethylphenylsiloxane. 9. The modular exclusion device of claim 4 , wherein the aneurismal site is the thoracic aorta, the main body has three apertures and there are three inserts. 10. The modular exclusion device of claim 4 , wherein the aneurysmal site is the abdominal aorta, the main body has two apertures and there are two inserts. 11. The modular exclusion device of claim 1 , wherein the neck portion is substantially frustoconical. 12. The modular exclusion device of claim 1 , wherein the main body stent comprises a plurality of interconnected hoops. 13. A modular exclusion device useful for implantation in an aneurysmal site in a blood vessel comprising: a main body including a main body stent and main body graft material coupled to the stent such that the main body is substantially tubular and includes an open main body lumen disposed therethrough; an aperture disposed through a surface of the main body graft material, wherein the aperture includes a neck portion extending outwardly from the main body, wherein the neck portion includes a neck portion graft material, a neck portion stent sewn to the neck portion graft material, and an open neck lumen disposed through the neck portion; an insert including an insert graft material in a substantially tubular shape and an insert stent sewn to the insert graft material, wherein the insert includes an insertion end disposed within the neck lumen and not extending into the main body lumen; and a non-resorbable polymer different from the neck portion graft material and the insert graft material, wherein the non-resorbable polymer is located on an inside surface of the neck portion graft material, an outside surface of an insertion end of the insert graft material, or on both the inside surface of the neck portion graft material and the outside surface of the insertion end of the insert graft material, wherein the non-resorbable polymer is configured to seal the insert to the neck portion. 14. The modular exclusion device of claim 13 , wherein the neck portion is substantially frustoconical. 15. The modular exclusion device of claim 13 , wherein the insert stent comprises a plurality of insert stents and the insert graft material is coupled to the insert stents such that the insert is substantially tubular. 16. The modular exclusion device of claim 13 , wherein the non-resorbable polymer is a silicone or a polyurethane. 17. The modular exclusion device of claim 16 , wherein the silicone is polymethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane or polymethylphenylsiloxane. 18. The modular exclusion device of claim 13 , wherein the aneurismal site is the thoracic aorta, the main body has three apertures and there are three inserts. 19. The modular exclusion device of claim 13 , wherein the aneurysmal site is the abdominal aorta, the main body has two apertures and there are two inserts. 20. The modular exclusion device of claim 13 , wherein the main body stent comprises a plurality of interconnected hoops.
