It is an object of the present invention to provide an electrolytic solution capable of suppressing gas generation. The present exemplary embodiment is an electrolytic solution comprising a supporting salt, a nonaqueous solvent that dissolves the supporting salt, a cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound represented by predetermined formula (1), and an acid anhydride. According to the exemplary embodiment, an electrolytic solution capable of suppressing gas generation can be provided.

The invention claimed is: 1. A secondary battery comprising an electrolytic solution, the electrolytic solution comprising a supporting salt, a nonaqueous solvent that dissolves the supporting salt, a cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound represented by the following formula (11), and an acid anhydride: wherein R 1 and R 2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom; and R 3 represents a methylene group, an ethylene group, a fluoromethylene group, or a fluoroethylene group, wherein the acid anhydride is a chain carboxylic anhydride represented by the following formula (I): wherein R 101 and R 102 each independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, wherein a content of the cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound in the electrolytic solution is 0.005 to 10% by mass, wherein a content of the acid anhydride in the electrolytic solution is 0.005 to 10% by mass, and wherein a molar ratio B/A of a concentration B of the acid anhydride in the electrolytic solution to a concentration A of the cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound in the electrolytic solution is in a range of 1/10 to 10/1; the secondary battery further comprising a negative electrode comprising a negative electrode active material layer, wherein the negative electrode active material layer contains a water-dispersible polymer and a water-compatible thickening agent, an amount of water in the negative electrode active material layer is 50 to 430 ppm, and a volume increase rate when the secondary battery is stored at 45° C. for one week is less than 3.4%. 2. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound is a cyclic disulfonic acid ester compound represented by the following formula (1001) or formula (1002): 3. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein in formula (I), R 101 and R 102 are each independently a methyl group or an ethyl group. 4. A secondary battery comprising an electrolytic solution, the electrolytic solution comprising a supporting salt, a nonaqueous solvent that dissolves the supporting salt, a cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound represented by the following formula (11), and an acid anhydride represented by the following formulas (2001), (2002), or (2003): wherein R 1 and R 2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom; and R 3 represents a methylene group, an ethylene group, a fluoromethylene group, or a fluoroethylene group, wherein a content of the cyclic sulfonate acid ester compound in the electrolytic solution is 0.005 to 10% by mass, and wherein a content of the acid anhydride in the electrolytic solution is 0.005 to 10% by mass; the secondary battery further comprising a negative electrode comprising a negative electrode active material layer, wherein the negative electrode active material layer contains a water-dispersible polymer and a water-compatible thickening agent, an amount of water in the negative electrode active material layer is 50 to 430 ppm, and a volume increase rate when the secondary battery is stored at 45° C. for one week is less than 3.4%. 5. The secondary battery according to claim 4 , wherein a molar ratio B/A of a concentration B of the acid anhydride in the electrolytic solution to a concentration A of the cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound in the electrolytic solution is in a range of 1/10 to 10/1. 6. The secondary battery according to claim 4 , wherein the cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound is a cyclic disulfonic acid ester compound represented by the following formula (1001) or formula (1002): 7. A secondary battery comprising an electrolytic solution, the electrolytic solution comprising a supporting salt, a nonaqueous solvent that dissolves the supporting salt, a cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound represented by the following formula (1001) or formula (1002) and an acid anhydride represented by the following formulas (2001), (2002) or (2003): wherein a content of the cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound in the electrolytic solution is 0.005 to 10% by mass, wherein a content of the acid anhydride in the electrolytic solution is 0.005 to 10% by mass, and wherein a molar ratio B/A of a concentration B of the acid anhydride in the electrolytic solution to a concentration A of the cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound in the electrolytic solution is in a range of 1/10 to 10/1; the secondary battery further comprising a negative electrode comprising a negative electrode active material layer, wherein the negative electrode active material layer contains a water-dispersible polymer and a water-compatible thickening agent, an amount of water in the negative electrode active material layer is 50 to 430 ppm, and a volume increase rate when the secondary battery is stored at 45° C. for one week is less than 3.4%.
