The invention claimed is: 1. An opening/closing body locking device for an opening/closing body, having lateral sides, that is openably/closably mounted to an opening portion of a stationary body, having lateral sides, the locking device including: locking portions provided on both lateral sides of the opening portion of the stationary body; a pair of link rods that are mounted to the opening/closing body, and are interlocked with each other to slidably move so that hook portions at distal ends thereof engage and disengage from the locking portions; a biasing unit that produces a biasing force that biases the hook portions of the link rods in directions such that the hook portions engage the locking portions; an operating member that causes the hook portions of the link rods to slide in directions such that the hook portions disengage from the locking portions against the biasing force of the biasing unit; pressing members that are provided on both lateral sides of the opening/closing body that includes the pair of link rods, and press the opening/closing body in a direction to open the opening/closing body in a state where the hook portions engage the locking portions while the opening/closing body closes the opening portion; and holding units that hold the hook portions in a state in which the hook portions are disengaged from the locking portions and hold the hook portions against the biasing force of the biasing unit after the hook portions are slid in the directions to disengage the hook portions from the locking portions by operating the operating member, and release the holding of the hook portions to cause the hook portions to engage with the locking portions when the opening/closing body closes the opening portion, wherein the opening/closing body includes levers that are mounted to the opening/closing body so as to each be rotatable via a supporting shaft, wherein each pressing member is provided to one end portion of a respective one of the levers, wherein the holding units each include a holding member, each holding member being provided to another end portion of a respective one of the levers so as to be engageable and disengageable with a respective one of the link rods, wherein the one end portion of each lever is at one side of the lever and the other end portion at the another side of the lever, the one end portion and the another end portion interposing the supporting shaft therebetween as a boundary, wherein a plate-shaped member extends from one lateral surface of each of the hook portions of the link rods so as to face a panel at a position apart from a distal end, and wherein engaging protrusions, each having a pillar shape, protrude from the plate-shaped member on lateral sides thereof in a width direction at the distal end. 2. The opening/closing body locking device of claim 1 , wherein, in a state where the hook portions engage the locking portions while the opening/closing body closes the opening portion of the stationary body, the hook portions and the pressing members are disposed at opposite positions so as to sandwich at least a portion of the locking portions therebetween. 3. The opening/closing body locking device of claim 1 , wherein the locking portions are provided on both lateral sides of the opening portion of the stationary body, and wherein the pair of link rods are mounted to the opening/closing body, and are biased by the biasing unit such that the hook portions protrude outward. 4. The opening/closing body locking device of claim 1 wherein, when the hook portions are slid in the directions to disengage the hook portions from the locking portions by operating the operating member, the holding members are moved by a biasing force of the pressing members to engage the link rods to thereby hold the hook portions in the state where the hook portions are disengaged from the locking portions, and wherein when the opening/closing body closes the opening portion, the pressing members are pressed and the engagement of the holding members with the link rods is released to thereby release the holding of the hook portions. 5. The opening/closing body locking device of claim 4 , wherein the levers are provided on both lateral sides of the opening/closing body. 6. The opening/closing body locking device of claim 1 , wherein the operating member is provided to the opening/closing body so as to be pushable, while the pair of link rods are mounted to the opening/closing body so as to be slidable, so that the pair of link rods slide in directions such that the hook portions disengage from the locking portions against the biasing force of the biasing unit by a pushing of the operating member to operate the operating member. 7. The opening/closing body locking device of claim 1 , wherein the holding members of the holding unit are elastically deformable. 8. The opening/closing body locking device of claim 1 , further comprising guiding members, each including an elastic hook that is provided to an inner periphery of a supporting hole. 9. The opening/closing body locking device of claim 1 , wherein the elastic hooks slidably guide the link rods without play by being brought into elastic contact with an outer periphery of the link rods. 10. An opening/closing body locking device for an opening/closing body, having lateral sides, that is openably/closably mounted to an opening portion of a stationary body, having lateral sides, the locking device including: locking portions provided on both lateral sides of the opening portion of the stationary body; a pair of link rods that axe mounted to the opening/closing body, and are interlocked with each other to slidably move so that hook portions at distal ends thereof engage and disengage from the locking portions; a biasing unit that produces a biasing force that biases the hook portions of the link rods in directions such that the hook portions engage the locking portions; an operating member that causes the hook portions of the link rods to slide in directions such that the hook onions disengage from the locking portions against the biasing force of the biasing unit; pressing members that are provided on both lateral sides of the opening/closing body that includes the pair of link rods, and press the opening/closing body in a direction to open the opening/closing body in a state where the hook portions engage the locking portions while the opening/closing body closes the opening portion; and holding units that hold the hook portions in a state in which the hook portions are disengaged from the locking portions and hold the hook portions against the biasing force the biasing unit after the hook portions are slid in the directions to disengage the hook portions from the locking portions by operating the operating members, and release the holding of the hook portions to cause the hook portions to engage with the locking portions when the opening/closing body closes the opening portion, wherein the opening/closing body includes levers that are mounted to the opening/closing body so as to each be rotatable via a supporting shaft, wherein each pressing member is provided to one end portion of a respective one of the levers, wherein the holding units each include a holding member, each holding member being provided to another end portion of a respective one of the levers so as to be engageable and disengageable with a respective one of the link rods, wherein the one end portion of each lever is at one side of the lever and the other end portion at the another side of the lever, the one end portion and the another end portion interposing the supporting shaft therebetween as a boundary, wherein the opening/closing body includes th
