What is claimed is: 1. A ternary azeotrope-like composition consisting essentially of from about 60 wt. % to about 78 wt. % cis-1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, from about 2.0 wt. % to about 3.0 wt. % methanol and from about 20 wt. % to about 40.0 wt. % trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, wherein said ternary azeotrope-like composition has a boiling point of about 33.9° C.±0.9° C. at a pressure of about 750.50 mm Hg. 2. A solder flux cleaning composition comprising the composition of claim 1 . 3. A dry cleaning composition comprising the composition of claim 1 . 4. A solvent composition comprising the composition of claim 1 . 5. A vapor degreasing composition comprising the solvent composition of claim 4 . 6. A cold cleaning composition comprising the solvent composition of claim 4 . 7. A wiping composition comprising the solvent composition of claim 4 . 8. A sprayable composition comprising the ternary azeotrope-like composition of claim 1 . 9. An aerosol composition comprising the ternary azeotrope-like composition of claim 1 . 10. The composition of claim 1 comprising from about 20.0 wt. % to about 35 wt. % trans-1,2-dichloroethylene. 11. The composition of claim 1 comprising from about 25.0 wt. % to about 35 wt. % trans-1,2-dichloroethylene. 12. The composition of claim 1 wherein the boiling point of said composition comprising about 20 wt. % to about 40.0 wt. % trans-1,2-dichloroethylene is not greater than the boiling point when said trans-1,2-dichloroethylene is outside of said range of from about 20 wt. % to about 40.0 wt. % trans-1,2-dichloroethylene. 13. A method of cleaning comprising applying a solvent composition comprising a ternary azeotrope-like composition of claim 1 . 14. The method of claim 13 wherein said applying step comprises vapor degreasing. 15. The method of claim 13 wherein said applying step comprises cold cleaning. 16. The method of claim 13 wherein said applying step comprises wiping.
