A marine vessel intelligent shading system, including a marine vessel deck surface, a mounting assembly attached to the marine vessel deck surface, a base assembly having a first end attached to the mounting assembly, a first telescoping module connected to a base assembly, the first telescoping module being adjustable to a plurality of heights, and a core assembly module coupled to the first telescoping module. The marine vessel intelligent shading system further includes an expansion sensor module coupled to the core assembly module and the expansion sensor module includes one or more arm support assemblies, one or more arms and a shading fabric. The one or more arms are connected to the one or more arm support assemblies, and the shading fabric is coupled to the one or more arms.

The invention claimed is: 1. A marine vessel shading system, comprising: a marine vessel deck surface; a base assembly attached to the marine vessel deck surface at a first end; a first tilting assembly connected to the base assembly, the first tilting assembly comprising a first section, a hinging assembly and a second section; a core assembly module connected to the first tilting assembly; an expansion sensor module coupled to the core assembly module; and an expansion motor assembly to deploy or retract the expansion sensor module, the expansion motor assembly located within the core assembly module. 2. The marine vessel shading system of claim 1 , further comprising: the expansion sensor module comprising one or more arm support assemblies, one or more arms and a shading fabric, the one or more arms connected to the one or more arm support assemblies, and the shading fabric connected to the one or more arms, the expansion motor assembly to deploy the arm support assemblies to an open position and retract the one or more arm support assemblies to a closed position. 3. The marine vessel shading system of claim 2 , the first tilting module rotating the core assembly module and the expansion sensor module with respect to the base assembly to lower a height profile of the marine vessel shading system. 4. The marine vessel shading system of claim 2 , further comprising a second titling module, the second tilting module comprising a first section, a hinging assembly and a second section, the first section of the second tilting module connected to the core assembly module and the second section of the second titling module connected to the expansion sensor module. 5. The marine vessel shading system of claim 4 , wherein the second tilting module rotates the expansion sensor module with respect to the core assembly module to lower a height profile of the marine vessel shading system. 6. The marine vessel shading system of claim 1 , the core assembly module further comprising an upper core assembly and a lower core assembly, the upper core assembly being detachable from the lower core assembly. 7. The marine vessel shading system of claim 1 , further comprising one or more environmental sensors positioned on surfaces of the marine vessel, the one or more environmental sensors communicating sensor measurements to the expansion sensor module. 8. The marine vessel shading system of claim 1 , further comprising one or more directional sensors positioned on surfaces or other locations of the marine vessel, the one or more directional sensors communicating positional information and/or measurements to the expansion sensor module in the marine vessel shading system. 9. The marine vessel shading system of claim 1 , further comprising one or more proximity sensors positioned at associated one or more positions on the marine vessel to monitor movement. 10. The marine vessel shading system of claim 1 , the core module further comprising one or more proximity sensors, the one or more proximity sensors to monitor movement in an area around the core module assembly. 11. The marine vessel shading system of claim 1 , the core module further comprising an integrated computing device, the integrated computing device to comprise one or more processors, one or more memory devices and computer-readable instructions executable by the one or more processors to interface with other assemblies in the marine vessel shading system. 12. The marine vessel shading system of claim 1 , further comprising one or more speed sensors positioned at one or more locations on the marine vessel, the one or more speed sensors to capture and communicate speed measurements to the marine vessel shading system. 13. A marine vessel shading system, comprising: a marine vessel deck surface; a base assembly attached to the marine vessel deck surface at a first end; a first tilting assembly connected to the base assembly, the first tilting assembly comprising a first section, a hinging assembly and a second section; a core assembly module connected to the first tilting assembly; and a wind turbine to capture wind, convert the captured wind into voltage and/or current, wherein the voltage and/or current provide power to one or more components of the marine vessel shading system, the wind turbine connected to an outside surface of the core assembly module. 14. A marine vessel shading system, comprising: a marine vessel deck surface; a base assembly attached to the marine vessel deck surface at a first end; a first tilting assembly connected to the base assembly, the first tilting assembly comprising a first section, a hinging assembly and a second section, the first tilting assembly being vertically disposed above the base assembly and the first section of the tilting assembly connected to the base assembly, the first tilting assembly further comprising a motor assembly, the motor assembly to cause the first section to move with respect the second section, the motor assembly further being located within the first tilting assembly; and a core assembly module connected to second section of the first tilting assembly, the core assembly module being vertically disposed above the first tilting assembly. 15. The marine vessel shading system of claim 14 , further comprising: an expansion sensor module connected to the core assembly module, the expansion sensor module comprising one or more arm support assemblies, one or more arms and a shading fabric, the one or more arms connected to the one or more arm support assemblies, and the shading fabric connected to the one or more arms. 16. The marine vessel shading system of claim 15 , further comprising a second titling module, the second tilting module comprising a first section, a hinging assembly and a second section, the first section of the second tilting module connected to the core assembly module and the second section of the second titling module connected to the expansion sensor module.
