What is claimed is: 1. A humidification and air cleaning apparatus comprising: a water tank to store water; a watering housing rotatably disposed in the water tank to spray water stored in the water tank; a watering groove protruding inside the watering housing to draw water of the water tank into the watering housing and to pump the drawn water to an upper side of the watering housing during rotation of the watering housing; a nozzle disposed in the watering housing to spray the pumped water to an outside of the watering housing; and a water curtain preventing rib disposed inside the watering housing, disposed over the watering groove to interfere with the pumped water. 2. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the water curtain preventing rib longitudinally extends in upward and downward directions. 3. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the water curtain preventing rib is disposed in plurality. 4. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the nozzle is located between a higher end and a lower end of the water curtain preventing rib. 5. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 1 , wherein: the water curtain preventing rib is disposed in plurality; each of water curtain preventing ribs is longitudinally disposed in upward and downward directions; and the nozzle is disposed between the water curtain preventing ribs. 6. The air conditioner of claim 1 , further comprising a watering motor to provide a torque to the watering housing, wherein the watering housing comprises: a first watering housing spaced from an undersurface of an inner side of the water tank by a suction gap; a second watering housing coupled with an upper end of the first watering housing; a watering housing cover coupled with an upper end of the watering housing to cover an upper surface of the second watering housing; and a power transmission unit disposed in at least one of the first watering housing, the second watering housing and the watering housing cover to receive a torque from the watering motor, wherein the nozzle is disposed in at least one of the first watering housing and the second watering housing, and the water curtain preventing rib is disposed in the second watering housing. 7. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the watering groove is disposed in the first watering housing. 8. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the watering groove is connected to the power transmission unit. 9. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 6 , further comprising a power transmission shaft coupled to the power transmission unit to receive a torque from the watering motor, wherein the power transmission shaft is disposed inside the watering housing. 10. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the watering groove is connected to the power transmission unit. 11. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 9 , wherein a portion of the power transmission unit is disposed inside the first watering housing. 12. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the watering groove longitudinally extends in upward and downward directions, and is connected to the power transmission unit. 13. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the water curtain preventing rib is disposed in plurality, and the nozzle is disposed between the water curtain preventing ribs.
