Provided is a humidification and air cleaning apparatus. The humidification and air cleaning apparatus includes a water tank storing water; a top cover assembly disposed over the water tank and including a water supply flow passage disposed therein to supply water into the water tank; a reservoir disposed in the top cover assembly, disposed on the water supply flow passage, and storing supplied water; and a watering housing disposed inside the water tank and receiving a torque from a watering motor so as to be rotatable. Here, water supplied through the water supply flow passage is stored in the reservoir, and then drops on an upper part of the watering housing.

What is claimed is: 1 . An apparatus comprising: a water tank; a top cover disposed above the water tank and having a water supply flow passage to supply water into the water tank; and a watering housing disposed inside the water tank and having a watering housing cover, the watering housing being rotatable, wherein the watering housing cover is disposed below the water supply flow passage and extends outside the perimeter of the water supply flow passage so that the supplied water drops on an upper portion of the watering housing cover. 2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a body forming at least a portion of the water tank, the body being formed of a transparent material, wherein during rotation of the watering housing, water dropped on the watering housing is scattered to an inside side surface of the body. 3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the watering housing further comprises a protrusion to scatter the supplied water. 4 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the protrusion outwardly protrudes in a radial direction of the watering housing. 5 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the protrusion includes more than one protrusion disposed along an outer edge of the watering housing. 6 . The apparatus of claim 3 , further comprising a watering blade disposed outside the watering housing and below the protrusion, the watering blade moving ambient air during rotation of the watering housing. 7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a reservoir formed in the top cover assembly and disposed on the water supply flow passage to store at least some of the supplied water, wherein the reservoir has a water outlet disposed above the watering housing, the water outlet to discharge the supplied water stored in the reservoir. 8 . The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein when viewed from the vertical section, the water outlet has a larger cross-sectional area at an upper side thereof compared to a cross-sectional area at a lower side thereof. 9 . The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the water outlet is a slit. 10 . The apparatus of claim 7 , further comprising: a discharge humidification medium to humidify air passing through the discharge flow passage; and a discharge humidification medium housing to house the discharge humidification medium, the discharge humidification medium housing being disposed below the top cover assembly, above the watering housing, and above a discharge flow passage that is disposed between the top cover assembly and the body, wherein the reservoir and the water outlet are disposed in the discharge humidification medium housing. 11 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: a body forming at least a portion of the water tank, the body being formed of a transparent material, wherein the watering housing comprises: a first watering housing spaced apart from a bottom surface of the water tank by a suction gap, the upper and lower sides of the first watering housing each having an opening; a second watering housing coupled with the upper side of the first watering housing, the upper and lower sides of the second watering housing being each having an opening; a watering housing cover coupled with the upper side of the second watering housing, an upper surface of the second watering housing being covered by the watering housing cover; a power transmission unit disposed in at least one of the first watering housing, the second watering housing, and the watering housing cover to receive a torque from a motor; and a nozzle disposed in at least one of the first watering housing and the second watering housing to spray water; and whereby the supplied water drops on the watering housing cover. 12 . The apparatus of claim 11 , wherein during rotation of the watering housing, at least a portion of water dropping on the watering housing cover is inwardly scattered to the visual body. 13 . The apparatus of claim 11 , wherein during rotation of the watering housing, a trajectory of water sprayed through the nozzle is different from a trajectory of water scattered from the watering housing cover. 14 . The apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the watering housing cover comprises a protrusion formed thereon to scatter the supplied water that drops on the watering housing cover. 15 . The apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the watering housing further comprises a watering blade disposed outside the second watering housing, wherein during rotation of the watering housing, the watering blade moves ambient air and at least a portion of water scattered from the water housing cover is scattered to an inner side surface of the body by the watering blade. 16 . The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein during rotation of the watering housing, the watering blade moves ambient air and at least a portion of water scattered from the watering housing cover is moved toward the watering housing by the watering blade.
