A frame serving as a seatback frame for a vehicle seat and simply configured to reduce a load applied to a seated occupant at the time of a vehicle collision is provided. A seatback frame includes a connecting wire which connects side frames. The center of the connecting wire is bent to extend toward a front side of a vehicle seat. When the seated occupant is moved toward a rear side of the vehicle seat at the time of a vehicle rear-end collision, the forward extending portion restrains a portion of the back of the seated occupant in which a thoracic vertebra is located and reduces an amount of a rearward movement of the portion.

What is claimed is: 1. A seatback frame that forms a frame of a seat back that supports a back of a seated occupant on a vehicle seat, the seatback frame comprising: a pressure receiving member configured to support the seated occupant; and a movement reduction member configured to restrain the back of the seated occupant and reduce a rearward movement of the back of the seated occupant when the seated occupant is moved rearward in a seat front to back direction by a vehicle collision, wherein: the movement reduction member is a wire-shaped member that comprises a forward extending portion that extends forward in the seat front to back direction; and the wire-shaped member is provided in a rear side of the pressure receiving member in a seat side-view. 2. The seatback frame according to claim 1 , further comprising: a side frame that forms a side portion of the seatback frame; wherein: the side frame comprises a side plate and a flange that is provided at a rear end portion of the side plate; and a front end of the wire-shaped member is arranged on a front side of the flange in an extending direction of the side frame. 3. The seatback frame according to claim 2 , wherein an upper end of the wire-shaped member is arranged at a height position different from a height position of an upper end of the flange in the seat side-view. 4. The seatback frame according to claim 3 , wherein the upper end of the wire-shaped member is arranged in an upper side of the upper end of the flange in the seat side-view. 5. The seatback frame according to claim 1 , wherein a rear end of the wire-shaped member is disposed in a rear side in the seat front to back direction of an attachment position at which the wire-shaped member is attached to the seatback frame. 6. A seatback frame that forms a frame of a seat back that supports a back of a seated occupant on a vehicle seat, the seatback frame comprising: a pillar supporting portion configured to support a pillar of a headrest; and a movement reduction member configured to restrain the back of the seated occupant and reduce a rearward movement of the back of the seated occupant when the seated occupant is moved rearward in a seat front to back direction by a vehicle collision, wherein: the movement reduction member is a wire-shaped member comprising a forward extending portion that extends forward in the seat front to back direction; the wire-shaped member is bent in an up to down direction and in the seat front to back direction; and a distance between an upper end and a lower end of the wire-shaped member is larger than a length of the pillar supporting portion in the up to down direction. 7. The seatback frame according to claim 6 , wherein: the wire-shaped member comprises a downward bent portion that is bent downward and a forward bent portion that is bent forward; and a bending angle of the forward bent portion is larger than a bending angle of the downward bent portion. 8. The seatback frame according to claim 6 , further comprising: a side frame that forms a side portion of the seatback frame; wherein the wire-shaped member is arranged such that the wire-shaped member does not overlap with the side frame in a seat front view.
