The vector of claim 1 , further comprising on origin of replication and/or a promoter operably linked to the nucleic acid. 3. The vector of claim 2 , wherein the promoter is operable in yeast and/or filamentous fungi. 4. A host cell transformed with the vector of claim 1 . 5. The host cell of claim 4 , wherein the cell is selected from the group consisting of a prokaryotic cell, a bacterial cell and a eukaryotic cell. 6.
